This post is literally for me for the next time this happens so I can find the fix quickly. During phone calls cannot hear the person I’m talking to. Press and hold the Home button for 5-10 seconds, choose reboot for the screen.
Not sure if this works for Apple Carplay, because they can have similar issues. I have it written down somewhere for the fix, do not not know where, because it happens way more. Especially Accord Tourings.
