    He had posted, “America is a White nation, founded by Whites – Our country should favor us.” – “All blacks are foreign to my people, dumb fuck.” – “Migrants are all criminals,” and “I’m not a commie, I’m a fascist. Fascists solve communist problems. Get your insults right, retard.” – “It is our holy duty to guard against the foreign hordes.”

    His job is to kick people out of the country – of course he has to be a butthole. Of course he is prejudiced against his court opponents. Critics are concerned he won’t be impartial and fair, LOL.

      That’s right: prosecutors are supposed to be prejudiced against criminals, are supposed to see them locked up or deported.

      Look what’s happened in our major cities, including your own, when prosecutors who were biased in favor of criminals won office. We want prosecutors who will seek and obtain not just convictions, but serious sentences.

    ACLU ends ‘baseless’ lawsuit over deportation of a Honduran mother and her children

    May 10 (UPI) — The American Civil Liberties Union has dropped its federal lawsuit accusing the Department of Homeland Security of illegally deporting a U.S. child and her Honduran mother and sister.

    “The ACLU dropped its lawsuit on the false claims that DHS deported a U.S. citizen,” DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said Saturday in a news release.

    The news release referred to the federal lawsuit as “baseless lawfare” against the DHS and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

    “The truth is, and always has been, that the mother – who was in the country illegally – chose to bring her 2-year-old with her to Honduras when she was removed,” McLaughlin said.

    “The narrative that DHS is deporting American children is false and irresponsible.”

    The ACLU filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana on behalf of Trish Mack, whom the filing referred to as “best friend of V.M.L.”

    “V.M.L.” are the initials used to identify the 2-year-old child who was born in the United States but whose mother, whom DHS identified as Jenny Carolina Lopez-Villela, chose to take with her to Honduras.

    Lopez-Villela illegally entered the United States with V.M.L.’s older sister three times in two years, according to the DHS.

    She entered in September 2019 with her oldest daughter but was “deemed inadmissible” and was given final orders of removal in March 2020.

    Lopez-Villela also illegally entered the United States in March 2021 and again in August 2021, along with her oldest daughter.

    She was detained by ICE in April when arriving with her daughters for a routine immigration check-in at a New Orleans facility.

    When told she would be deported to Honduras, Lopez-Villela chose to bring V.M.L. with her instead of leaving her with another person to remain in the United States.

    “Parents who are here illegally can take control of their departure,” DHS said of the U.S.-born children of parents who face deportation.

    They can use the CBP Home app to self-deport, along with their children, and “return the legal, right way and come back to live the American dream,” the DHS news release says.

      Yes because ICE has not deported any citizens. The child left with her parents who chose to take their child with them rather than to MAKE ARRANGEMENTS………lololololol.

      What decent parent would make arrangements to leave their child in a foreign country, and given that the entire family except this one child was here illegally they had roughly a couple years to make arrangements given that Donald J. Trump was inbound to the White House and was threatening to round up Illegals and send them home.

      NO ONE LIKES Democrats anymore. They are liars, thieves, and supporters of financed Insurrection by outside sources.

      Just like Thune and his band of paid manwhores refuse to end the programs DOGE has found to be waste, fraud, and abuse because these dick suckers no doubt have so much garbage pinned to their name that if they vote yes they all end up divorced and facing jail time.

      In fact I would bet my house on the fact that every single one of these people fired by Trump and their departments will be brought back and back paid along with a nice bonus settlement compliments of the US taxpayer.

      US Congress people are synonymous with CRIMINALS they purport to want to see brought to justice.

    Laws, for example, the Inflation Reduction Act, which gave the U.S. government powers to negotiate pharmaceutical prices with the drug companies, come from Congress (a branch of gov’t independent of the Exec branch). Fat Donnie Mob Boss’s EO for Show will be tied up in the courts (a third branch of gov’t!!) for a year or years.

    The Biden administration already negotiated lower prices on 10 widely prescribed drugs such as Xarelto or Eliquis, which will take effect in 2026. In January, Medicare announced another batch of 15 drugs subject to negotiation this year. Those drugs included blockbuster diabetes and weight loss drugs Ozempic and Wegovy, a cost-saving move that would take effect in 2027.

    Big Donnie is lazy and believes he can say to make it so! It’s all for show; made for TV. Legislation is hard work.
