Huh: Media Upset Legal Alien Voted And Is In Big Trouble

Unsurprisingly, a California poll worker helped enable the fraud

Immigrant, 68, says an election worker gave him a ballot. Feds say he voted illegally

Kamlesh Shah, an elderly immigrant from India with a heart condition, moves shakily and uses a cane to get around his shared apartment in a senior living facility in Sacramento’s south Land Park neighborhood in Northern California.

On Monday, Shah felt particularly dizzy and unwell as he came to the realization he was the subject of federal prosecution and at the red-hot center of an increasingly tense debate between California and federal officials over the security of the state’s elections.

“I can hardly walk and talk,” Shah, who is 68, said. “Now I have to face these charges.”

In November 2024, inspired by the presidential campaign of former Vice President Kamala Harris, decided to see whether a new driver’s license and his ongoing application for citizenship meant he could cast a vote for the first time in his three-decades of living in the United States. He visited a Sacramento County polling place and handed over his identification. An election worker gave him the OK and a ballot, Shah told The Sacramento Bee.

So he cast a vote. He has not cast one since. A ballot, the one California sends to all its registered voters, sat unopened in his apartment on Monday.

He knew he wasn’t supposed to vote and yet still went to the polls to vote, and the idiot poll worker illegally gave him a ballot and then he voted. And the People’s Republik of California considers him registered and send him ballots, which puts the notion that California is doing what it is supposed to do to keep non-citizens from voting. Again, what these Democrat paradises do is allow alien (that’s both legal and illegal people) voting for state, county, and local politicians and issues, which means they get ballots which include federal politicians, often with an admonition that they cannot mark those positions wink wink.

On Nov. 15, U.S. Department of Homeland Security agents visited Shah, he said, and asked him about voting in that election. They told him the federal government was going to seek to cancel his application for citizenship, because he’d voted illegally.

On Friday, he received a notice to appear in the U.S. District Court in Sacramento on Nov. 6. He was charged with voting as an alien in a federal election, a misdemeanor charge that carries penalties of as much as a year in prison or a fine as high as $100,000. Shah falsely declared himself a U.S. citizen on Nov. 5 when he cast his ballot, according to the complaint against him. (snip)

“It was a really big mistake,” Shah said. “I’m really nervous and really upset.”

Yeah, well, he knew it was a mistake from the get-go, but, he surely thought he would get away with it. But, of course, the article is a sniffle piece, trying to make you feel bad for the aliens who illegally vote

10 indicted for illegally voting in North Carolina as non-citizens: Federal prosecutors

Ten people have been indicted for illegally voting in North Carolina as non-citizens, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina said Thursday.

According to prosecutors, the following individuals are accused of falsely claiming to be United States citizens to register and vote:

Germany (a bunch of them), Jamaica, Canada, Haiti, Panama, Yugoslavia, and El Salvador, and the Democratic run administrations allowed many to register. They all knew they weren’t supposed to, so, of course the Raleigh News and Observer, who ran the first article (why is a local paper running pieces on California?) asked the criminals what their thoughts were

After a grand jury indicted a handful of voters in North Carolina on federal charges of illegally voting as a noncitizen, some of the defendants, who are longtime legal residents of the country, had strong words to share in response.

“It’s just jacked up,” Lawton McKenzie, a Wayne County resident originally from Jamaica, told reporters outside the courthouse on Thursday.

Yeah, well, if your license gets suspended for failing to stop for a school bus that’s on you, right?

McKenzie said he voted after receiving an invitation in the mail to register.

“If y’all mail stuff out to people and y’all send people out to come and sign up — that’s entrapment,” he said, noting that he showed his permanent resident card as identification when he registered to vote.

As a permanent resident he 100% knew he was not eligible to vote, it’s right there in the law, regardless of being sent anything.

Deport the old Indian to Sudan!!! Or save money and have ICE thugs stage a confrontation and shoot him!!

    Extremely insignificant
Is that the biggest thing you got?

  3. Dana says:

It seems that our two most frequent leftists, the ones shouting that “No one is above the law” when they thought they could jail Donald Trump, are mocking the fact that some non-citizens in fact broke the law.

    So far.

Federal authorities arrested 11 foreign nationals in California on October 19, 2026, as part of “Operation Protect the Vote,” bringing the total charged to 28 people accused of illegally registering to vote or casting ballots despite not being U.S. citizens.

Oh come on, this NEVER happens! (for the 5,423th time)

    • Elwood P. Dowd says:

      28/22,500,000 x 100 = 0.0001% of registered voters!!!

How much are the feds spending to track down 0.0001% of illegal registered voters? Not enough!!

President Trump should declare a national emergency NOW! After all, for every 800,000 votes cast, 1 (one) COULD maybe be by an ineligible voter!!!
