Islamic Extremist Argued That NFL Is Full of “Toxic Masculinity”

Well, El-Sayed has the AWFL talking points down

Abdul El-Sayed Argued ‘Toxic Masculinity’ Governs American Football

Abdul El-Sayed, current Democratic Party nominee for the U.S. Senate seat in Michigan, previously argued that “toxic masculinity” governs American football while saying sports culture is rife with misogyny, racism, and homophobia.

Even though El-Sayed played football in his youth, he wrote in a 2021 Substack post that “toxic masculinity” thrives in American football following the resignation of Las Vegas Raiders coach Jon Gruden following revelations of racist, homophobic, and misogynistic language in his emails.

“The toxic masculinity at the heart of America’s most popular sport — and men’s sports culture more generally — is way deeper than a few emails or a Jay-Z turnaround,” El-Sayed wrote.

The current U.S. Senate candidate then reflected on his own high school football experience, saying that he enjoyed himself on the field while feeling alienated in the locker room due to “racist taunting,” adding that “bro” culture dominated football.

“On the football field, I felt free,” El-Sayed wrote. “And yet on the sidelines and in the locker room, I was fed a hefty dose of the worst kinds of racist taunting.”

Muslim is not a race. But, hey, we have hyper-leftist men hating talking points about toxic masculinity and some Victimhood all at the same time!

As some have pointed out, notice she is wearing a much more covering head cover than usual. This is the “toxic masculinity”, where women are treated as 2nd class citizens in Islam, where they can be beaten for any reason. Where women do as they are told. The AWFLs that support El-Sayed and the other Islamists are insane.

Football is “toxic masculinity,” but Sophie Cunningham played football on her high school boys football team.

OK, OK, she substituted for the injured kicker for one game, but still . . . .

What is football? In the end, it is a guy, standing up and facing the guy across from him, and trying to beat him physically. Blocking and tackling! The Affluent White Female Urban Liberals and their soy boy hangers on might find that “toxic masculinity,” but they’ll happily drop their panties for Tom Brady or Lane Johnson or Maxx Crosby or Saquan Barkley, given the chance.

In the end, that’s what all of sports is about: trying your best, and beating the guy across from you. Whether it’s football or basketball or just an individual fight, there’s really no rush better than winning. Not every guy has played organized sports, but if you’ve ever simply won a fight, you know the feeling, you can remember the feeling, even if it was 55 years ago.

    From Sarah Huckabee Sanders
Democrats top candidate in Texas won’t eat meat, their leading nominee in Wisconsin hates Thanksgiving, and now their guy in Michigan is coming out against football. Banner year, guys.
It’s kind of a domestic death to America theme
