The lefty Canadian illegal immigrant who attacked a teen in patriotic clothing on a New Jersey boardwalk is getting the boot back to Canuck.
A Texas immigration judge ordered Kaitlyn Tracey to be deported back to her home country Tuesday – before the teen slapper entered a guilty plea on an assault charge stemming from the Fourth of July weekend brawl at Point Pleasant boardwalk, a courtroom heard.
Tracey, 33 – who attended a criminal court hearing in Toms River over the phone from a Texas ICE lockup – only copped to one count of simple assault, a misdemeanor, as part of a cushy plea deal.
Besides exile to Canada, she was sentenced to one day behind bars – though she was granted time served since she spent time in jail in Ocean County last month.
Assaulting a juvenile apparently gets you a slap on the wrist.
How and when Tracey will be transported back to Canada and whether she will ever be permitted to return to the US wasn’t immediately clear – though her banishment is expected to last “for a very long time,” Judge Ryan said during her sentencing.
My big question is “how long will it take to deport her? Will she and leftist groups file all sorts of Crazy with the courts in an attempt to keep her from being deported?” They can’t claim asylum from Canada, right?
Technically, she isn’t being banished. She is just going home. As I have stated before, anyone caught illegally in the USA should get a lifetime ban from re-entry. Third offense should be death penalty. The fear of getting caught has to be more substantial than “try again later” if it is to have any value at all. Very likely, she is banking on a Democrat getting elected eventually to issue her another VISA that she can use to exploit again.

Why do we deport these violent criminals where they can sneak back? Have you never crossed the U.S.-Canada border by car or truck? It’s easy. Try, convict and imprison these violent criminals, THEN deport them.

In reality, Canada gave the United States a sweetheart deal on the Gordie by funding the entire project. It would take about 50 years for Canada to be repaid through toll revenues.

The Detroit-Windsor border is the busiest commercial land crossing between the two nations — Canada being one of America’s biggest trade partners, and the United States the largest for our northern neighbor. The auto industry desperately sought a new bridge with additional customs booths and a more direct connection to Canada’s highway network.
