Federal Judge Kills PRC Law On Wearing Masks

Of course, the law only applied to federal immigration authorities, not, say, the Antifa and other liberal wackjobs who vote Democrat

Federal judge blocks California law forcing ICE agents to remove masks during operations

A Los Angeles?based federal judge on Monday blocked California from enforcing its law that would require ICE agents to remove masks during immigration enforcement operations.

Judge Christina Snyder, appointed during the Clinton administration, granted a preliminary injunction against the “No Secret Police Act,” arguing that it discriminated against the federal government by violating the Supremacy Clause.

Under the constitutional clause, federal law takes precedence over any conflicting state or local law, rendering the lower-level law unenforceable.

Snyder said the “No Secret Police” ruling hinged on California exempting its own state officers while penalizing federal agents.

“The Court finds that federal officers can perform their federal functions without wearing masks,” Snyder said. “However, because the No Secret Police Act, as presently enacted, does not apply equally to all law enforcement officers in the state, it unlawfully discriminates against federal officers.”

They could perform their jobs if the leftards wouldn’t attack them at their homes, involving their families. And out at restaurants, supermarkets, bookstores, etc. Regardless, Los Federales never had to follow the People’s Republik of California’s law in the first place, but, it is nice to see a court spike the law.

Remember what horrible people we were for speculating about Paul Pelosi’s behavior with an ‘intruder’? That’s just what the left want to do, and worse, to ICE agents doing their duty to enforce our wise immigration laws.

And yes, our immigration laws are wide! It should be noted that the more-liberal-than-American Europeans are getting fed-the-f(ornicate)-up over the influx of uncivilized immigrants from third world [insert slang term that President Trump once used here]hole countries, as Hungary, Poland and now Italy are now rejecting all of the illegals, while AfD in Germany has been surging in the polls while campaigning on doing the same thing. The government in Germany recently said that any ‘migrants’ convicted of crimes would be kicked out.

Conservatives are simply smarter than liberals. We understand the second law of thermodynamics, even if some don’t know the name, that when you pour hot water into cold water, the temperatures even out. In immigration, when you pour uncivilized people into civilized cultures, some of the barbarity will pollute the civilized country. When you add people who think that rape isn’t a crime, and it’s perfectly OK to f(ornicate) young girls — remember what Roman Polanski said about this, and the Hollywood elites agree! — you get increased rape of underaged girls. The ‘migrants’ don’t all do it, but it’s been plentiful enough that it’s not unheard-of.

Fully vetted and regulated immigration is a good thing, but what our good friends on the left want, the unrestricted inflow of unvetted immigrants, which included many, many undesirables, because they think they are being good and kind-hearted and noble, has shown itself to be utterly, utterly stupid.

Mr Dana makes an unjustified assumption: “Fully vetted and regulated immigration is a good thing, but what our good friends on the left want, the unrestricted inflow of unvetted immigrants….”

Your good friends on the left want what you do! A functional and regulated immigration system!! Congress needs to put on their big boy pants and get to work.

The concept that every individual present in the U.S. without permission be removed is proving to be unworkable and unpopular. Stephen Miller’s 3000 deportations a day is arbitrary and unwise. That ICE can now enter your home without a judicial warrant is unacceptable. So now what?

Your good friends on the left are NOT complaining about the tightly controlled southern border. Biden was wrong!! They ARE complaining about the methods being used to capture and deport. The “worst of the worst” comprises but 7% of the captured.

We need a compromise. On the practical side, your side will lose the House of Representatives and maybe even the Senate. It’s likely that in Nov 2028 your side will lose the White House and more House and Senate seats IF trump’s popularity remains under 40%.

Your side needs to encourage your Representatives and Senators to solve this. It’s not working.

But that’s just it: we have a functional and regulated system already in place. President Biden tried to change it, but Congress rejected any changes, meaning that our congressmen were happy enough with our present system.

The concept that every individual present in the U.S. without permission be removed is proving to be unworkable and unpopular.

We can make it workable by not just sustaining action but increasing it. It is working in places in which state and local law enforcement are cooperating with ICE, and the stupid, and I mean very stupid leftists aren’t getting in the way.

Mr Dana claims the current immigration is “a functional and regulated system”. Two-thirds of Americans disagree with his assessment. We urge the MAGA voters to keep believing things are fine!!

    • Elwood P. Dowd says:

      In addition, Mr Dana implies…

That the miscreant that fractured Paul Pelosi’s skull with a hammer was an “intruder” and not an intruder. Right-wingers claimed that the trump-adoring (stolen 2020 election, QAnon, Pizzagate etc) David Wayne DePape was actually the gay lover of Mr Pelosi!! Depape had multiple zip ties, duct tape, rope, a second hammer, and rubber and cloth gloves in his backpack.

It’s not at all clear that Mr Dana understands the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics. The Science Denier Cult (SDC) argues that the theory of global warming violates the 2nd Law!! Like most stupid conservative notions, this one sounds smarter than it is. We believed this canard was dismissed over a decade ago, but Mr Dana persists.

OK. “Sunslight hits the top of our atmosphere and some of it makes it down to the surface, where it heats up the ground and the oceans alike. These in turn give off heat in the form of invisible but warming infra-red radiation.

A proportion of that radiation goes back up through the atmosphere and escapes to space. But another proportion of it is absorbed by greenhouse gas molecules, such as water vapour, carbon dioxide and methane. Heating up themselves, those molecules then re-emit that heat energy in all directions including downwards. Due to the greenhouse effect, the total loss of that outgoing radiation is avoided and the cooling of Earth’s surface is thereby inhibited. Without that extra blanket, Earth’s average temperature would be more than thirty degrees Celsius cooler than is currently the case.

The 2nd Law does NOT state that the only flow of energy is from hot to cold – but instead that the net SUM of the energy flows will be from hot to cold. That qualifier term, ‘net’, is the important one here. The Earth alone is not a “closed system”, but is part of a constant, net energy flow from the Sun, to Earth and back out to space. Greenhouse gases simply inhibit part of that net flow, by returning some of the outgoing energy back towards Earth’s surface.

The myth that the greenhouse effect is contrary to the 2nd Law is mostly based on a very long 2009 paper by two German scientists (not climate scientists), Gerlich and Tscheuschner.”

Will this stop Mr Dana snarkily dismissing the reality of global warming based on his igonrance of the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics? LOL.

Do blankets violate the 2nd Law?
