Insubordination? Mutiny? This sounds pretty bad, and, I do not remember anyone on the Right telling the military to ignore Biden’s orders
Let’s see
(The Hill) A coalition of Democratic lawmakers with military and intelligence backgrounds urged servicemembers and those in the intelligence community to defy any illegal orders.
The video, which is edited to show multiple lawmakers reading one statement, comes as President Trump has carried out deadly boat strikes in the Caribbean, near Venezuela.
“We know you are under enormous stress and pressure right now, Americans trust their military, but that trust is at risk. This administration is pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens like us. You all swore an oath to protect and defend this constitution,” the lawmakers said in the video.
“Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home. Our laws are clear,” they added. “You can refuse illegal orders…you must refuse illegal orders. No one has to carry out orders that violate the law or our constitution.”
What could possibly go wrong with this? I’m sure the DOJ can figure out a charge for these Democrat Senators if a service member is caught up following their advice. They are advising, at a minimum, for service members to commit insubordination, and you know most really do not have the knowledge to understand what is not a lawful order. At worse, they are calling for mutiny, for a coup.
(Newsmax) The lawmakers acknowledged they were asking troops to make difficult judgments during what they called a “hard” moment for public servants.
“But whether you serve in the CIA, the Army, the Navy, or the Air Force, your vigilance is critical,” they said. “The American people need you to stand up for our laws and our Constitution.”
All this caterwauling primarily because the military is blowing up narco drug boats. These are same people who spent 4 years whining about J6.

Senatrix Elissa Slotkin and other veterans in Congress address the military, and say ‘The American people need you to stand up for our laws and our Constitution.’ But that’s just it: they’re pissed about President Trump actually enforcing our laws. They don’t like him enforcing our immigration laws and they don’t like him enforcing our drug laws. And with the (purportedly) upcoming measure to drug test SNAP and other welfare recipients, they’ll hate it even more.
Me? If you can afford to buy illegal drugs, then you can afford to buy your own food as well, and there’s no f(ornicating) reason we should be taxed to subsidize people buying illegal drugs.
Many good, hard-working Americans, including me, have been subjected to random drug tests to keep our jobs. Every member of our Armed Forces is subjected to random drug tests, to stay in the military. I can’t think of a better way to reduce our welfare expenditures than getting the lazy dopeheads and junkies off the dole.
But that’s just it: they’re pissed about President Trump actually enforcing our laws…
And they are really pissed that he is using the military to defend our nation instead of foreign adventurism. With nearly a trillion dollars in budget authority every year, the capabilities of the US military to accomplish such tasks is staggering.
