I can’t wait for some hardcore leftist judge to rule that this can’t be done. The 18 month TPS for Haitians started in January of 2023. But, there were some extensions by the Biden administration. The Executive Branch has every lawful right to terminate
U.S. to revoke immigration status of Haitian migrants in September
The Trump administration will revoke the legal status and work permits of hundreds of thousands of Haitian migrants in early September, arguing that conditions in Haiti have sufficiently improved for them to return home, the Department of Homeland Security announced Friday.
The department said it would terminate Haiti’s longstanding Temporary Protected Status program, which has allowed immigrants from the crisis-stricken Caribbean nation to live and work in the U.S. legally since 2010, following the devastating earthquake that year.
If they don’t qualify for another legal immigration status — like asylum or a green card — those who lose their TPS protections will become ineligible to work in the U.S. legally and eligible to be arrested and deported by federal immigration authorities.
I’m sure Democrat groups will be telling every single one of them to claim asylum. Hopefully the Trump admin has judges ready to adjudicate the claims in short order, send them back to the 3rd (4th?) world failed state of Haiti.
The Trump administration on Friday urged Haitians with TPS to voluntarily leave the U.S. by using a smartphone app that officials have converted into a system to facilitate self-deportations. The administration has warned immigrants in the U.S. illegally that if they don’t self-deport, they will be found, arrested and forcibly deported.
“This decision restores integrity in our immigration system and ensures that Temporary Protective Status is actually temporary,” DHS said in a statement. “The environmental situation in Haiti has improved enough that it is safe for Haitian citizens to return home.”
The government estimates that there are 348,187 Haitians in the U.S. with TPS, according to a DHS notice. The department said their TPS protections would lapse on Sept. 2.
Temporary. Not permanent. Import the 3rd world get the 3rd world. And when they are picked up they should be held in detention in high-toned and fancy to-do places like Martha’s Vineyard. Put them near the rich liberals.
Haitian recipients of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) may soon receive a six-month extension through a judicial decision, according to immigration attorney Frandley Denis Julien.
The judge overseeing the case had previously stated that no ruling would be issued before the federal government made its decision — a response that was expected by June 4, Julien noted.
“We believe the judge will be forced to issue a decision in the next few hours or days,” said Julien during a live broadcast on Facebook. “It is very, very likely that the judge will decide to extend TPS until February 2026.”
Uncertain about the direction the federal government would take, the judge had opted not to make a decision prematurely, particularly one that might align with the Trump administration’s stance.
That was June 5th. And now the Supreme Court has ruled that federal judges are barred from making nationwide rulings. They have no Constitutional power to extend TPS. Congress gave that authority to the Executive Branch.

Why wait until September???
Mssrs Vance and trump both proved that the some half million Haitians in Ohio were eating people’s dogs and cats there!!
Repatriate the pet-eaters NOW! Hold them in HS football fields in rural Ohio.
The same with all those Cubans in South Florida. Hold them at Mar-a-Lardo until you boat them to Havana.
Here in South Florida We got a big influx of Haitians when Biden set this in motion.
Every family moved into a fairly new house but has no income except for what the government is giving them our tax dollars.

FOX News Poll: 59% oppose the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. trump ordered his Senators to pass it, so they will.
One of Missouri’s Senators, JD Hawley, has loudly said he cannot vote for the bill with the Medicaid cuts (which will hurt rural Missourians and close rural hospitals)!! He said now that he will vote for the bill, LOL. He fears trump more than he fears Missouri voters, and he has until 2030 to bury his fecklessness. (He may run for prez in 2028).
