He’s a bully, who goes apeshit crazy if he doesn’t get his way. Truth is the enemy of tyrants – they all must control the schools – this way they can control what is taught. Attacking Harvard plays well with his audience – white, caucasian working class males.
Traditional Republican John Kasich made the point that banning foreign students hurts the United States. It allows us to ‘steal’ the best and the brightest from other nations. Additionally, those that return to their home countries take some of our values with them – independence, honesty, democracy, freedom, openness.
