    It’s amazing how easily the Right gave the keys to the kingdom to a tyrant. For all their bluster about Freedom!, Rightists crave being commanded by a Strongman.

    Trapped on the wrong side of history again, Jeffery. The “strongmen” seem to be from the left: Hitler (socialist), Lenin (commie), Stalin (commie), Mao (commie), Pol Pot (commie), Putin (commie), all the Kim’s (commie), Castro (commie), I could go on but do we really need to? Just throwing silly stuff out is not a rational argument. Neither is calling people names. If you have an actual argument I’d love to hear it. I don’t like Trump either so I should be easy to convince if you can make a sane, rational non-emotional argument.

    The problem we have here Jeffery is that it seems everyone who is not a hard leftist is a right winger to you. And I was just pointing out that when you stated “rightists crave being commanded by a Strongman” you are incorrect since the vast majority of “strongmen” were socialists and communists not rightists. As for Putin being a communist that is quite doubtful since he is an ardent and practicing Russian Orthodox which is not tolerated in communism. Also, I would suggest Obama has been Trump’s greatest benefactor to this point with his “strong arm” tactics pushing through Obamacare an his “pen & phone” comment along with his “you didn’t build that” and “we need to spread the wealth around” comments. Clinton was also a great benefit to Trump when she labeled half of non democrats “a basket of deplorables”. The left still hasn’t learned that calling their opponent names does not convince him they are right.
