NY Times Notices Goracle Is Still Banging The ‘Climate Change’ Doom Drum

Al Gore Is Still Sounding the Alarm About Climate Change

Good morning. It’s Friday. Today we’ll find out why former Vice President Al Gore still sees a moral argument about the dangers of a warming planet. We’ll also get details on the city ‘s plan to remake part of Park Avenue.

Why? Money. He still sees lots of money in this. Did anyone at the Times wonder about Gore taking a fossil fueled flight from Malibu for climate week? Or that he sold his TV station for $20 million to Al Jazeera, which is backed by the petrostate of Qatar?

It has been 20 years since the documentary “An Inconvenient Truth” came out, and former Vice President Al Gore — who wrote and narrated it — continues to make a moral argument about the dangers of a warming planet. Today he will take it to a church.

The movie that had so many falsehoods in it that a British court ruled against it being used in schools?

“The moral case is the central case,” he said in a conversation that served as a prelude to an event in which he is a headliner — an event called “The Immorality of Inaction: Voicing Truth on Climate.” It will take place at Riverside Church, whose neo-Gothic structure in Morningside Heights, as it happens, was mainly financed by John D. Rockefeller Jr., the son of the founder of Standard Oil.

Others who are scheduled to appear include Bishop William Barber II, a civil-rights leader and an ordained minister in the Disciples of Christ denomination, and Alexis Abramson, the dean of Columbia University’s Climate School.

Oh, cool, a bunch of other grifters present, as well. If this is all so moral, why does Gore, and all the other cultists, refuse to make his own life carbon neutral? It is fantastic that throughout this NY Times article we see zero journalistic skepticism.

There is no doubt that Gore, like many politicians, did not write this. He had staff to do that. He had neither the intelligence nor the work ethic to write a documentary. Politicians and celebrities often make use of ghost writers and slap their own names on the covers. It is only bizarre that the host of the New York Times best sellers list, doesn’t seem to know this and continues to ignore the inconvenient truth that Gore took credit for the work of others… just like his entire political life

Another reason electricity costs are so high.
The Biden rule was sold as climate policy, but its real function was to shutter coal plants and discourage new natural-gas plants. It required existing coal plants to capture most of their carbon emissions using expensive, inefficient, and unproven carbon-capture technology. The cost meant many plants would operate at a loss, so they planned to close.

Of course, the costs didn’t stop there. When a paid-off coal plant producing reliable, low-cost power is forced offline years early, and a utility has to add unreliable, expensive solar and wind to its portfolio, the consumer foots the bill. Utilities pass all these costs on to ratepayers in the form of higher utility bills. https://townhall.com/columnists/ej-antoni/2026/09/18/pulling-the-plug-on-bidenomics-war-on-affordable-power-n2683150

But 80 year old communists in NYC living with all his bills paid by others only pays $10/month for electricity.
