    The United States warned Ukraine after strikes on a key Russian Black Sea oil export facility affected American-linked investments, Kyiv’s ambassador to Washington has revealed.

    Ukraine’s Ambassador to the United States, Olha Stefanishyna, said on February 24 that the U.S. State Department issued a formal diplomatic notice following Ukrainian attacks on Russia’s Novorossiysk port late in 2025.

    The Caspian Pipeline Consortium operates a major oil pipeline linking Kazakhstan’s western oil fields to Novorossiysk’s export terminal on the Black Sea.

    The project is an international venture involving Russian, Kazakh, and foreign energy companies and serves as a critical route for Kazakh crude exports to global markets.

    U.S. oil giant Chevron is among the major shareholders in the consortium, making the facility strategically important to American investors.

    Stefanishyna said the diplomatic warning underscored the extent of U.S. economic interests in Kazakhstan compared with Ukraine.

    That ship is a sewra to be design disaster and isiyrtalky full of shit. Too few toilets for 4600 sailors. A sewrage vacuum system that if one part fails all toilets in that department fail
    And now on its 2nd deployment extension sailors have begun active SABOTAGE of toilets by discarding sobks and t shirts into the toilets. 45 minute waiting in line are now the norm

    A North Dakota judge has said he will order Greenpeace to pay damages expected to total $345m in connection with protests against the Dakota Access oil pipeline from nearly a decade ago, a figure the environmental group contends it cannot pay.

    Last year, a nine-person jury found Netherlands-based Greenpeace International, Greenpeace USA and funding arm Greenpeace Fund Inc liable for defamation and other claims brought by Dallas-based Energy Transfer and subsidiary Dakota Access.

    The jury found Greenpeace USA liable on all counts, including conspiracy, trespass, nuisance and tortious interference. The other two entities were found liable for some of the claims.
