We agree. Our 2nd Amendment is crystal clear.

All these fascist restrictions on our rights cannot stand. We deserve, we need, machine guns, unlimited magazines, armor piercing rounds, and NO AGE RESTRICTIONS. Show where schools can keep students from carrying firearms. Children are “the people” too.

Our homicide rate is by far the highest of any advanced nation!! We have more mass shootings than all other advanced nations combined. It is a very dangeous place. Our only defense is more individual arms for self defense.

Our Founding Fathers wisely knew that We, The People needed to be able to protect ourselves from an overbearing fascist government that might NOT abide by our Constitution. They wisely gave us the 2nd Amendment so that if one day we unwisely elect a president with fascistic tendencies we can forcibly remove him or her.

As I said, we agree. The 2nd Amendment is clear.

BTW, the Bruen decision established a new “text, history, and tradition” test for evaluating gun laws. Instead of considering only the government’s interest in public safety, lower courts are now required to uphold firearm regulations only if the government can prove they are consistent with the nation’s historical tradition of firearm regulation.
Firearms regulations are still TOO restrictive. After all, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
It’s clear. Since children could handle handle rifles in early America they should be permitted wield them now.

A U.S. federal judge has ordered President Donald Trump to turn over detailed financial records from his business empire as part of his $10 billion defamation lawsuit against the BBC.
The directive comes despite Trump’s legal team revealing that they plan to amend the complaint and drop claims of financial harm in what appears to be an effort to avoid disclosing the records.
The ruling marks the latest development in Trump’s ongoing legal battles with major media organizations since returning to the Oval Office. Earlier this month, New York Times journalists were subpoenaed over a report about his return flight from Turkey, where he was reportedly asked by the Secret Service to abandon the new Air Force One. (The WH dropped the subpoenas of the NYT reporters).
