* The 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit and its 2,200 Marines is due to arrive in the region today,

* No word in where they’ll be based, but what appears from satellite photos to be forward operating bases are being established in Israel.

Chuck Grassley shows that Jack Smith’s special counsel team engaged in private communications with two federal judges overseeing Trump-related investigations: Chief Judge Beryl Howell and her successor, Judge James Boasberg, both Obama appointees on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and both known for their outspoken anti-Trump positions.

AMHERST, Mass. (WWLP) – An Amherst man who was previously pardoned by President Trump for his role in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot was sentenced to prison (4 years + 5 years supervised release) for possession of child pornography.

Thirty-one-year-old Daneil Tocci pleaded guilty to one count of the charge after federal investigators discovered a massive collection of illicit images during a search of his home and electronic devices.

Those searches resulted in the discovery of more than 110,000 child pornography images. Authorities stated the images were compiled across a variety of storage drives and digital devices.

Tocci argued that the pornography investigation was only as a result of his Jan 6 identification.
