* Iranian missiles and drones destroyed a $300 million US radar installation that controls Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) anri-missile systems in the entire Gulf area. The Iranian strike on the Muwaffaq Air Base in Jordan destroyed one of only eight such radar arrays worldwide.
* An Iranian attack on Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia destroyed another THAAD- related radar system, as well as several THAAD missiles ($13 million each). The culprits? Iranian Shahad drones ($30,000 each).
* THAAD missiles sites near Ruwais and Sader, both in the UAE, have also been wrecked by Iranian strikes.
* The carrier USS Abraham Lincoln was “redeployed” several hundred miles farther east to get out of range of Iran drones.
* The Lincoln’s Carrier Air Wing 9 bombed an Iranian girl’s school, killing 100+ students due to outdated intelligence that still showed the school to be part of a Revolutionary Guard base nearby.
* Expect Iran’s next targets to be the desalination plants that are the only source of water for the US-allied Gulf states.
* The Iranian regime knows all they need to do to win is survive. There is no armed, organized opposition inside Iran.

What’s really embarrassing is our socialist from St Louis telling us, as clearly as he possibly can, that he wants the Islamist regime to survive, wants the government to reimpose the totalitarian controls on the Persian people, that he wants the attack to go horribly wrong, all because he hates Donald Trump so much.
The last four Democratic presidential nominees, two of whom unfortunately became Presidents, all said that they would absolutely not allow Iran to develop atomic weapons; they talked, but Donald Trump acted, and Mr Dowd is as pissed off as he can be. That shouldn’t be a surprise: if Mr Trump walked on water, Mr Dowd would accuse him of stomping on poor, defenseless fishies.
Uncounted thousands of Iranian expatriates have been dancing in the streets, dancing to Mr Trump’s YMCA theme song, as are thousand more inside Iran, and Mr Dowd is just spittle-flecking outraged about that.
I’ve already said that I wished the Iranian people could have liberated themselves, and the US hadn’t needed to expedite the process, but at least I’m not unhappy that the regime is being destroyed. Mr Dowd, on the other hand, is cheering for the mad mullahs.
