Two great sites for getting news links are Liberty Daily and Whatafinger.

*I learned that you need to keep your elbows in when doing chest presses. I had mine out way too far, which meant I couldn’t come down below a 90 degree angle, and was putting too much pressure on my shoulders and elbows (have a bad spot on the right). Lifting way less weight, but, making a big difference. And for flys, don’t hug a tree, keep those arms straight. Went from 45 to 30 pounds, and, believe me, I can feel it from both.
