    Sheesh…

Queer Gov. Tina Kotek (D) threatened to investigate and prosecute federal agents who enforce the United States’ immigration laws in the state of Oregon.

This is the shit that got 1 guardsman killed and another severely wounded.
    Arrest this trantifa!

    • Elwood P. Dowd says:

Even the dishonest rag Breitbart reported Governor Kotek saying:

“Oregon is monitoring all ICE actions closely,” Kotek added. “We will investigate misconduct, and if a federal officer breaks Oregon law, they will be held accountable — just like anyone else. I will not tolerate reckless, or unconstitutional behavior in our state.”

Shouldn’t the ICE goons and thugs obey the laws? Abusing immigrants can be a felony, while being in the U.S. without permission is a civil violation, not a crime.

Dumas uses the MOST unreliable citations!!!

      • drowningpuppies says:

Shouldn’t antifa goons and thugs be held to account for all the laws they break in Portland?

Maybe Gov. Tina Kotek (D-Queer) should address those problems instead of targeting federal officials performing their legal duties…

        Sedition anyone?

        • Elwood P. Dowd says:

          Dumas, please…

Here’s how the Federal Code describes sedition:

          §2384. Seditious conspiracy
If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

Was Big Donnie (R-Big MacLand) guilty of seditious conspiracy when he and his cabal of lawyers (Eastman, Hawley, Giuliani, Chesebro, Powell, Ellis) tried to overturn the 2020 election???

Big Donnie (R-McCheese) bloviates a good game about traitors and seditionists but when it comes to the law, Don is an dumas.

          • drowningpuppies says:

            Well you asked.
Seems one has to spell it out for the Rimjob to understand.

            sedition
            /s?-d?sh??n/
            -noun-

Conduct or language inciting rebellion against the authority of a state.
            Insurrection; rebellion.

The raising of commotion in a state, not amounting to insurrection; conduct tending to treason, but without an overt act; excitement of discontent against the government, or of resistance to lawful authority.

            Hope this helps.

I noticed Jeff Piggy didn’t answer the question:

Shouldn’t antifa goons and thugs be held to account for all the laws they break in Portland? And not just in Portland.

What is it about leftist piggies siding with actual criminals? Yet they never invite them home.

            Go figure.

  2. Elwood P. Dowd says:

    Dumas,

Modern seditious conspiracy charges often require proving speech or action that is likely to lead to imminent violence, a standard established in Brandenburg v. Ohio.

Not even Big Donnie (R-MAGA) was charged although he clearly engaged in seditious conspiracy.

    • drowningpuppies says:

Rimjob flails again even after he’s been provided the textbook definition.
You’re the dumbass who added “conspiracy”.
      Take the L.
      Loser!

    • fp says:

Jeff Piggy squealed: “Modern seditious conspiracy charges often require proving speech or action that is likely to lead to imminent violence…”

Four days after a member of the Seditious Six, Elissa Slotkin, claimed the National Guard were going to start shooting at American civilians, two National Guard troops were murdered by a “thoroughly vetted” Afghani Muslim, thereby putting other National Guard troops on edge.

According to the standard established by Brandenburg v. Ohio, Slotkin should be brought up on charges.

Glad you brought it up, Jeff. Maybe some Democrats will start paying the price for their seditious conspiracy.
