Did anyone else read Vox Popoli post on Ukraine. He is extremely right wing pro Russian. He states that some Russian General has told Putin that they have 7500to 15000 Ukraian troops surrounded and will force their surrender by the end of the month. And also they are taking Odessa about 100 miles away from their front lines
Teach is that what you also believe? how strongly? Was it Vox Popoli that made you believe that war would only last a few weeks when it began? I know that it is tempting to believe things that you WANT to believe.

UPS and Amazon have announced huuge job cuts of 10s of thousands each!!! Target, GM and Ford recently announced job cuts. US universities are cutting staff after losing federal research funds.
The last BLS report (Aug!!) had unemployment at 4.3% and 7.4 M unemployed.
We really don’t know how the economy doing today but the Trump shutdown is no help. The loss of billions of spending on SNAP and WiC recipients on food hurts grocery stores as much as the recipients.
There is rampant speculation on crypto, artificial intelligence, tech stocks, corporations with record profits… but don’t worry, our plutocrat betters, Zuck, Elon, Gates, King Donald etc will be OK!
