    Holy Shit! The U.S. Appeals Court just ruled against King Don on tariffs. This is great news for the nation!! And actually good news for trump. The bad news is that the court delayed the action until Oct 14.

    Yes, Don is a loser, but this makes it less likely that inflation will progress unchecked!! This could save him.

    Mr trump (actually his handlers) will likely appeal to the Supremes. Alternatively, he could do the right thing and go to Congress and get them to tax imports.

        The tariffs were 1) illegal and 2) a tax on working class consumers.

        The Republican Congress can quickly pass the tariffs if they consider them valuable.

            In a 7-4 vote, the divided court allowed the tariffs to remain in place through Oct. 14 to give the Trump administration a chance to file an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court.

            Should mean more 100s of billion$s of foreign investments in the U.S. when this ruling is overturned.
            And it will be. Bet on it.
