   Mr trump’s Federal prosecutors have failed to obtain a felony indictment against a man who was seen on camera hurling a sandwich at a federal law enforcement official in the nation’s capital, a person familiar with the matter told the Associated Press.

   The case is one of the examples of the legal pushback to President Donald Trump’s law enforcement surge in Washington, DC, that has led to more than 1,000 arrests. It is highly unusual for grand jurors to refuse to return an indictment, and it was once said that prosecutors could persuade a grand jury to “indict a ham sandwich.” (but not a guy throwing a ham sandwich, LOL!!!)

   A message seeking comment was sent Wednesday to a spokesperson for the top federal prosecutor in the District of Columbia, U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro.

   Evidence is emerging of the suspected shooter in Minneapolis and appears to be psychotic, manic 22-year-old young man, possibly trans, who left an 11-minute manifesto video on YouTube just hours before the shooting happened. The video has been taken down. The suspect wrote notes on the weapons he used including “Kill Trump Now!,” “McVeigh,” “Where is Your God?,” “Burn Israel” and “6 million was not enough.” He had a human-shaped target with Jesus’s face attached to it.

   Just another tranny libtard.

   Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey: “Anybody who is using this as an opportunity to villainize our trans community has lost their sense of common humanity.”
