Man held on ICE detainer, facing over 50 felony charges for exploiting minor on Snapchat
A Lowell man is facing over 50 felony charges after allegedly threatening a minor to send explicit content on Snapchat.
Jose Isaias Martel Arriaga, 23, is facing 40 counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, nine counts of indecent liberties with a child, four counts of soliciting a child by computer, three counts of soliciting prostitution of a minor, and three counts of extortion.
He has also been placed on an ICE detainer.
According to the police report, Arriaga obtained child sexual abuse material of the 14-year-old victim by threatening that if she blocked him on Snapchat, he would send the videos to her parents.
In other instances, he threatened to tell the victim’s boyfriend what she had been sending him if she didn’t send what he asked. He also threatened to go to the victim’s school.
Imagine if Jose was a white American male: this would be all over the Charlotte news, and easily be on the Raleigh, Asheville, and Greensboro news. 50 felonies involving a child.

BTW. Almost all of Mr Epstein’s child molesters and abusers were/are white men – mostly wealthy white men from the U.S. and other nations. Few (any?) of these abusers have been brought to justice. Epstein died in jail. His primary confederate Ghislaine Maxwell, WAS tried and convicted but was transferred to low-security fenced camp for some reason. Another friend, Donald Trump, has actively blocked any revelations about his relationship with Epstein.
At least one 79 year old white man in the U.S. has been accused of multiple (> 20) examples of sexual abuse/assault, including rape (found liable by jury), and even including accusations of child sexual assault with his good friend, Jeffrey Epstein. But nothing to see here folks. All those people are lying because of TDS.

Clearly, Arriaga, was one of the “worst of the worst” missed by ICE. He was arrested by local police who notified ICE. Who knows, if ICE spent more time looking for the “worst of the worst” and less stalking school kids and murdering citizens they would have caught Arriaga.
