Sorta Blogless Sunday Pinup

Happy Sunday! Another fine day in Returned America. A nice winter chill in the air, I don’t have to watch the Giants play today which wastes hours, and we’re almost in Christmas season. I think this was actually created by AI, cannot quite read the signature nor find it anywhere else. If AI, it really captures that old pinup spirit

Just over half of Republicans now identify with MAGA!

Do the right-wing commenters here still love MAGA?

Pardons! The capital of tyrants everywhere!

Netanyahu Asks Israel’s President to Pardon Him in Corruption Cases

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made the contentious appeal weeks after President Trump made the same request to the Israeli president.

Mr. Netanyahu was indicted in 2019 on charges of bribery, fraud and breach of trust in connection with three separate, but interlocking cases, and he has been on trial for five years. He has denied any wrongdoing in the cases, which center on accusations that he arranged favors for tycoons in exchange for gifts and sympathetic media coverage for himself and his family.

Those charges seem quaint now when compared to actions of Big Donnie (R-Fort Knox), LOL.

Thus squealeth the piglet: “Pardons! The capital of tyrants everywhere!”

I love it when you aim at Republicans, but wind up hitting Democrats.

Biden: 4,245 acts of clemency. One term president*.
Trump: Over 1,800 acts of clemency, including from his first term. In second term now.

On the evening of November 29, 2025, a mass shooting erupted at a family gathering in Stockton, California, which local officials described as a child’s birthday party held at a banquet hall near the 1900 block of Lucile Avenue. The incident, occurring around 6:00 p.m. local time, left four people dead and at least 10 others injured, with reports indicating that a total of 14 individuals were struck by gunfire. Victims ranged in age from children to adults, and children were among both the fatalities and the wounded, including some as young as 9 years old. The shooting has shocked the community, prompting widespread grief and calls for action on gun violence.

So MAGA white supremacists the most likely suspects, right?

What Jeff Piggy really meant to say:

As an Oakland — never Las Vegas! — Raiders fan, I feel your pain. We’re 2-9, but not in line for the first draft choice because the Houston Oilers Tennessee Titans are at 1-10. The Offensive Coordinator, Chip Kelly, was fired after last weekends debacle against the Dallas Cowgirls, but the Giants are 2-10 and two other teams are 2-9. Our coaching staff sucks, our offensive line is putrid, and Geno Smith leads the league in interceptions thrown.

The University of Kentucky finished the season at 5-7, capped off yesterday by getting utterly stomped by Louisville 41-0. Of all my teams, only Army has done better than poor, sitting at 6-5, with the Army-Navy Game coming up in a couple of weeks. With six wins, Army is bowl-eligible, but that’s the best I can say.

    • Dana says:

And yes, the Raiders lost again, to fall to 2-10, but the Oilers lost as well, so they’re one game ahead of everyone else for that first draft pick.
