Two nitwits have been arrested for planting an explosive device in the Harvard U Med School. Logan David Patterson, 18, of Plymouth, and Dominick Cardoza, 20, of Bourne, are each charged with a single count of conspiracy to damage, by means of an explosive, in connection with the incident at the Goldenson Building at Harvard Medical School.

Improved Survival Rates: A retrospective analysis of over 1,000 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer or metastatic melanoma found that those who received an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) within 100 days of starting immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy had a median survival nearly double that of unvaccinated patients.
Mechanism of Action: The mRNA vaccines appear to act like an “alarm” that stimulates a strong innate immune response, including a surge of type I interferon. This immune activation “wakes up” immunologically “cold” tumors, making them more visible and susceptible to attack by T cells and, in turn, more responsive to the effects of ICI’s.
Specificity: The survival benefit was specific to mRNA vaccines in combination with ICI’s. No similar effect was observed in patients who received non-mRNA vaccines (such as for pneumonia or influenza) or in those treated with chemotherapy alone.

Gregory A. Lairmore was called to the stand to testify in the trial of D.C. “Sandwich Guy” Sean Dunn, who’s become something of a local anti-Trump resistance hero.
