Sorta Blogless Sunday Pinup

Patriotic Pinup Maxine Stevens

Happy Sunday! Another gorgeous day in the Once and Future Nation of America. The Sun is shining, the birds are singing, and Spring is in the air. This pinup is by Maxine Stevens, which is a pseudo-name for Edward Runci and his wife, Maxine, who helped him paint it and posed, with a wee bit of help.

Hey, I’m impressed that you got my article in there, considering that it didn’t post until 7:00 AM this morning!

As for the pin-up? A redhead with a tan? This does not compute!

  2. Elwood P. Dowd says:

tRumpatriot Kim Davis has been assaulted by the gay agenda AND the Deep State!! Isn’t it violating her freedom of religion to force her to grant marriage licenses to godless sodomites??

(CNN) A federal judge said Friday that former Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis violated two same-sex couples’ constitutional rights when she refused to marry them while in office in 2015.

In court documents filed Friday, US District Judge David Bunning dismissed Davis’ motion for summary judgment in civil suits brought against her by two same-sex couples to whom she had refused to grant marriage licenses.

A jury will now decide what damages to award the plaintiffs, according to the judge’s opinion.

“It is this Court’s opinion that Davis violated Plaintiffs’ constitutional right to marry and the only remaining issue is the issue of damages,” Bunning, who serves on the US District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, wrote in a memorandum and opinion.

I’ve passed through Rowan County KY many times on my visits to Fayetteville WV. Who would think there were 2 gay couples in that rural county. They must be everywhere!!

    • Dana says:

The answer is simple: Morehead State University. In every county bordering Rowan, President Trump received more than 70% of the vote in 2020, and in one of them, Lewis County, he received 84.75%. Representative Tom Massie, a libertarian Republican, lives in Lewis County.

In Rowan County, President Trump received only 59.55% of the vote, less than his statewide average of 62.09%. Nevertheless, I am somewhat surprised that the homosexual couples have not been run out of town.

      • Elwood P. Dowd says:

Yep, gays in KY should always carry, and defend themselves every time cowards in MAGA caps step to them.
