Will Important People Finally Be Prosecuted For Russia Hoax?

I won’t hold my breath, but, you never know

Durham probe has ‘accelerated,’ with more people ‘cooperating,’ coming before grand jury

Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation has “accelerated,” and more people are “cooperating” and coming before the federal grand jury than has previously been reported, a source familiar with the probe told Fox News.

The source told Fox News Monday that Durham has run his investigation “very professionally,” and, unlike Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, his activities, and witness information and cooperation status are rarely, if ever, leaked.

“Durham does this right and keeps it a secret,” the source said, adding that there has been “much more activity” in Durham’s investigation “than has been visible to the public.”

The closest look Durham has given with regard to grand jury witnesses came in a federal court filing last month, outlining materials that had been provided by the special counsel’s office to defense attorneys for former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann.

Sussmann has been charged making a false statement to a federal agent. Sussmann has pleaded not guilty.

There are lots and lots of names mentioned in the article, kinda guessing as to whom the Durham documents are referencing. Will any of them be prosecuted, even if it’s just for lying to the government agents? January 6th protesters have been prosecuted for less. These are people who were trying to use the power of government to destroy a duly elected president. Who made stuff up, who attempted to plant false information. Who kept this whole Russia got Trump elected and he’s a Russian asset BS going. Too bad the liars in the media can’t be prosecuted.

Could we even see Hillary prosecuted? She was the head of the snake. There’s no way she didn’t know about a lot of this stuff.

No, Hillary will not be prosecuted. Those who have the goods on her are more afraid of being “Arkancided” than jail time, plus, they have families. The Jan 6ers, haven’t been prosecuted, they’re being unconstitutionally detained indefinitely.

I have read 1984 many times over the years to remind me of what can become reality. To turn my despair deeper and my hope brighter.

Today we are seeing the results of them becoming conscious on both sides of the political narrative. The BLM, Antifa, WokeWalkers, and those moms and dads who have risen up against the teaching of CRT, Trucker strikes and those that would oppose Vax and Mask mandates for various reasons. I oppose them and I am vaccinated so one does not have to necessarily be associated with the other.

The left complains that the right is unaware and members of a cult. The OP here claims that the AGW crowd are members of a cult. I have seen MSNBC call those people who follow Trump cultish.

    Doublethink. Wrongthink.

“The best books… are those that tell you what you know already.”
    ? George Orwell, 1984

We refer to this as echo chambers, today. Reinforcing what you already know about what you think you believe. Yet Rebellion has been forced on each of us around the world, just not in the USA. We have been slapped in the face, the medicine removed that keeps us in a state in which the surgeons can perform their procedures on us without our being aware.

    • Est1950 says:

To understand is to open your eyes to what is and not what you think it is.

“Now I will tell you the answer to my question. It is this. The Party seeks power entirely for its own sake. We are not interested in the good of others; we are interested solely in power, pure power. What pure power means you will understand presently.

We are different from the oligarchies of the past in that we know what we are doing. All the others, even those who resembled ourselves, were cowards and hypocrites. The German Nazis and the Russian Communists came very close to us in their methods, but they never had the courage to recognize their own motives. They pretended, perhaps they even believed, that they had seized power unwillingly and for a limited time, and that just around the corner there lay a paradise where human beings would be free and equal.

We are not like that. We know that no one ever seizes power with the intention of relinquishing it. Power is not a means; it is an end. One does not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution; one makes the revolution in order to establish the dictatorship. The object of persecution is persecution. The object of torture is torture. The object of power is power. Now you begin to understand me.”
      ? George Orwell, 1984

I have this etched in a large wooden plaque on the wall of my office. It’s been there for decades. In fact, I read 1984 when it first came out and was struck by its omniscience. It was written in 1946 by Orwell who was dying at the time and knew it. It gives me chills each time the FBI rummages through my computer while I sleep. I am guilty of WrongThink. They are guilty of the above.

The world will not be a better place because of either of us. It will be the tinderbox of rebellion they wish to control by keeping us asleep but instead they have accidentally taken removed the medicine and slapped us awake. All of us.

You know you cannot put the genie back in the bottle.

Here’s Mr Durham’s actually court filing that has FOX News et al clutching their pearls before sharpening their knives!! Please do your own research and read it for yourselves. Anyway, the next trump administration may finally get Hillary executed! LOL.

The “Factual Background” starting on p2 is the meat and potatoes trigger of the wingers’ caterwauling.

The crime alleged is that Mr Sussman didn’t reveal to the FBI (Mr Baker) that he represented a tech client and the Clinton 2016 campaign. Yet, the FBI’s Baker’s deputy, Mr Preistap, described Mr Sussman as representing the Clinton 2016 campaign in the meeting notes! Testifying before Congress Sussman said he was a Clinton campaign adviser. So… the one indictment that Durham has obtained is very unlikely to end in conviction (there’s a reason that the Durham indictment barely beat the statute of limitations).

Coincidentally, Durham’s “announcement” deflects interest from trump’s troubles on other fronts.

Can any experts here point out the most damning “evidence” in the actual filing? Thanks.

    • L.G.Brandon!, L.G.Brandon! says:

Bear in mind dOwd, this is ONLY THE BEGINNING. You NEVER accept ANY evidence that disagrees with your stupid, ignorant preconceived opinions.

“A filing from Justice Department special counsel John Durham says Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign paid a technology company to “infiltrate” Trump Tower servers, and later the White House, Fox News reports.

Durham in a motion filed Feb. 11 said the purpose of the infiltration was to establish a “narrative” of collusion between then-Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russia.

Durham, appointed by then-Attorney General William Barr to lead a review into the Russia investigation, made the claim in his investigation that brought charges against an FBI attorney and former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman, who is currently charged with making a false statement to a federal agent.

In a section of the filing titled “Factual Background,” Durham claims that Sussman “had assembled and conveyed the allegations to the FBI on behalf of at least two specific clients, including a technology executive (Tech Executive 1) at a U.S.-based internet company (Internet Company 1) and the Clinton campaign.”

Durham’s filing said the “billing records reflect” that Sussman “repeatedly billed the Clinton Campaign for his work on the Russian Bank-1 allegations,” referencing fake white papers assembled by Sussman to indicate a connection between Trump and a Russian bank.

The filing also revealed that Sussman and the tech executive met and communicated with liberal activist lawyer Marc Elias.

“Tech Executive-1 also enlisted the assistance of researchers at a U.S.-based university who were receiving and analyzing large amounts of Internet data in connection with a pending federal government cybersecurity research contract.”

“Tech Executive-1 tasked these researchers to mine Internet data to establish ‘an inference’ and ‘narrative’ tying then-candidate Trump to Russia,” Durham stated.

Durham further claims that the internet company that Tech Executive-1 worked for “had come to access and maintain dedicated servers” for the president’s executive office.

“Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited this arrangement by mining the EOP’s DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump,” the filing reads.”

dOpey dOwd. The guy who never saw evidence he agreed with if it screwed his narrative.

Lets go Brandon, as the truth closes in on your illegal junta time to get “Arkansided”.

      • Elwood P. Dowd says:

brandOn copies and pastes from the FOX “News” article, LOL.

Please read the actual court filing and point out the evidence, thanks.

        • L.G.Brandon!, L.G.Brandon! says:

I have. You’re ignorant and incorrect. The evidence is spelled out in English. We realize you’re better at German or perhaps Russian.

Let’s go dOwd, Let’s go dOwd, Let’s go dOwd! The crowd is cheering you on you closed minded fool.

          • Elwood P. Dowd says:

            brandOn is lying again.

Point out the “evidence” the the court filing, please. Thanks!!

            How does tRump’s pecker taste?

  4. L.G.Brandon!, L.G.Brandon! says:

I expect nothing of value from dOwd and I’m never disappointed.

    • Elwood P. Dowd says:

Another impressive rebuttal from brandOn. Did brandOn read the filing, or is the Gateway Pudendum summary sufficient for brandOn’s purposes?

  5. Elwood P. Dowd says:

Said the whining, grievance-dependent trump: “This is a scandal far greater in scope and magnitude than Watergate and those who were involved in and knew about this spying operation should be subject to criminal prosecution. In a stronger period of time in our country, this crime would have been punishable by death.

Put her to Death! cries the Don. LOL. Yet, the only illegal act alleged was a lawyer allegedly lying to the FBI about allegedly being associated with the Clinton campaign. (BTW, the FBI knew of the relationship).

Maybe Mr Teach can spell out the actual bad acts.

  6. Elwood P. Dowd says:

The US had legitimate concerns regarding Mr Trump’s relationship with Russia, Russia, Russia.

    Russia if you’re listening…

GOP dropped the plank arming Ukraine against Russian infiltrating rebels…

trump partied with Russian oligarchs in Moscow after bringing the Miss Universe contest there… He signed a deal then with Russian billionaire Alas Agalarov to build a trump facility in Moscow!!

DJT Jr: “Russians make up a pretty disproportionate cross-section of a lot of our assets. We see a lot of money pouring in from Russia.”

DJT Sr: “Russia is one of the hottest places in the world for investment. We will be in Moscow at some point.”

Russian intelligence officer Konstantin Kilimnik met with Paul Manafort to discuss “a plan effectively allowing Russia to control eastern Ukraine”. The outcome of this meeting ended up in the hands of Russian intelligence…

Roger Stone, Guccifer, Wikileaks… How did trump campaign advisor Stone know about the Wkileaks leaks?

trump campaign meeting with Russians, Russians, Russians in trump tower to get “dirt” on Hillary in exchange for trump removing sanctions…

What Mr Sussman shared with the FBI was the discredited “Steele dossier”, which:

… grew out of political opposition research effort to dig up information about Mr. Trump funded by Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic Party. Their law firm, Perkins Coie, contracted with a research firm called Fusion GPS, which subcontracted research about Trump business dealings in Russia to Mr. Steele. Mr. Steele in turn hired Igor Danchenko, the recently indicted researcher, to canvass for information from people he knew, including in Europe and Russia.

The government interest in the trump-Russia relationship sprang from:

It was a counterintelligence and criminal inquiry into the Russian operation to manipulate the 2016 presidential election by hacking and anonymously dumping Democratic emails and by spreading propaganda using fake accounts on American social media platforms.

and of course trump’s own comments. The FBI opened its investigation of the possible trump campaign-Russia coordination BEFORE the Steele dossier was submitted.

Putin considered trump an ally and asset. Unfortunately for Putin, and fortunately for the US, situations kept trump and putin from capitalizing on their plans.

dOwd, your ability and passion for parroting everything your fascist handlers tell you is amazing. Can you recite Mein Kampf in it’s entirety too? Most of the snot you blow over your keyboard would read better in the original German though. I know a Yesterday Man like you doesn’t look good in a Hitler Youth costume… but – Tomorrow Belongs To You.

Your motto: Deny, Deny, Deny and if those lies won’t hunt double down. All you leftists are stooges for big money. You all are on the pecker of Gates or Soros or some multi-nat that pays your political operatives $$$ to lie cheat and steal.

A democratic republic only works when the people trust their government. Right now a great percentage of Americans, just do not trust the government. That’s because of liars like you and the pigs you obey. From truckers to churchgoers to moms at school board meetings, the American people are believing the Deep State government of biden is out to get them. And it is.

American communism/fascism descended in a tragic comedy of bureaucratic bungling and political corruption, as we see with the current Democrat party which has been completely co-opted by those two evil creeds. The left is always sure of it’s position yet almost always wrong in that position. Whether climate or Covid, racism or how many sexes there are the left is usually wrong and never apologetic. You know, like our old friend dOwd who never admits error even when calling commenters’ wives whores.

Let’s go Brandon, more lies to tell before your complete defeat in 22/24.

Guess ShitLipz missed that Mr Mueller said “The Special Counsel’s Office is part of the Department of Justice and, by regulation, it was bound by that Department policy. Charging the president with a crime was therefore not an option we could consider.”

But ShitLipz, dog fellatelist that he is, misses a lot of things.

          According to FOX:

“We did not, however, make a determination as to whether the president did commit a crime,” Mueller said. “The Special Counsel’s Office is part of the Department of Justice and, by regulation, it was bound by that Department policy. Charging the president with a crime was therefore not an option we could consider.”

Mueller said that while his team saw the term “collusion” pop up frequently in official Trump administration memorandums — either by the president himself and in public reports— “collusion is not a specific offense or theory of liability found in the U.S. Code; nor is it a term of art in federal criminal law.

  7. david7134 says:

    Jeff,
You appear to be desperate. Your world of lies is quietly falling apart.

    These are facts:
Hillary and Biden are utterly corrupt.
Biden did not legally win the election.
There was never any Russian influence associated with Trump.
Trump endured two impeachment votes there were unethical, possibly illegal, and clearly just political maneuvers.
Trump was one of our best presidents, Biden and Obama are the absolute worse leaders we have ever had.
Biden’s intent is the destruction of our way of life and our country.
The COVID is real and has resulted in death, but not to the extent you and the government believe.
Under the premise of helping with our health, excessive freedoms have been eliminated our severely restricted, none had any influence on the disease.

More could be written, but we are not required to provide you with evidence or justification as you will not accept anything that is counter to your ideas.

    • Professor Hale says:

      David,
Biden did legally win the election. The legal process is that the House of Representatives counts the electors from the electoral college, as certified by their states. That was done. The problem you are having is reconciling that with obvious voter fraud. The key is that is your incorrect belief that popular votes matter in the choosing of electors.

Biden has no intent of any sort whatsoever. He is truly mentally incompetent. While his handlers may have goals that include destroying the USA, their purpose is to personally enrich themselves. Every communist revolution has always been about getting rich. This is no different except that the USA can make the winners richer than imaginable since our government just discovered they can create TRILLIONS of dollars from thin air with no need to borrow or raise taxes to get it.

Biden and Obama are not our worst leaders because Presidents are not “leaders” of anything except their own political parties. Americans do not need “leaders” in public office. We just need able administrators and most of what happens in state, federal and local governments is on autopilot and works just fine without human intervention. But people (of both parties) who run for office just can’t imagine that the world will get along just fine without them pulling the strings and pushing the buttons. The word for that is hubris.

      • david7134 says:

        Prof,
Thanks for the points. But in comments I try to summarize in a few words. Thus, even though my statement is not technically correct, it gets the message across. Then there is the fact that it irritates the hell out of Jeff and the z people.

As to leaders, yes, we don’t have a leader. I look to the president as the individual setting the public agenda and a representation of who we are on the world stage. Biden being a corrupt, demented fool and thus our representative. The other issue is that when a major power has a chief that has the appearance of weakness, then others will make bold moves that trigger war. But the office of president has become much more of a power in government than intended in our balance of power. Many are unaware that the civil war was not a issue of slavery and more an issue of distribution of power. Starting with the 3/5 clause that increased the power of Southern states, the war set up a much more powerful central government and catapulted the executive to a new concept. This followed by Wilson, FDR and LBJ into an executive that is truly more powerful than previous. Biden and Obama almost seem to be intentionally destructive with the use of regulation imposed with the pen.

  8. Professor Hale says:

The office of President should not have enough power that it matters who occupies it.
