Giuliani responded, “Oh that’s Hunter Biden’s hard drive.â€

The Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) reportedly planned to arrest former Minneapolis Police Office Derek Chauvin in court and charge him with civil rights violations if the jury were to find him innocent of murder.
So the Constitution does not matter.
The defense wanted to move the trial somewhere where they could get a FAIR TRIAL. The judge said NO there is no where in Minnesota that he could get a FAIR FUKING TRIAL.
Okay this in and of itself violates the constitutional rights of Chauvin. There should have at this point been no trial.
