Trump Critics Seek Ethics Probe of Graham
Biden Team finally taking the Trump lawsuits seriously. They are finally coming out of the woodwork realizing that the entire thing rests on one simple formula.
The Dominion Machines and the software used have in the past been used to cheat elections around the globe. People with expert knowledge of the machines have come forward, sworn affidavits about the effects.
Then there is our own CIA who used HAMMER to change outcomes of elections around the globe. They helped establish this software and did nothing to prevent it from making its way into a dozen states.
There are 1000’s of signed affidavits of cheating, fraud and vote changes. New ballots are being found almost daily and still the MSM claims there are NO EVIDENCE OF VOTER FRAUD.
Lets say for a moment that 100 people see George Kill someone and then run off with the body. The police cannot find the body nor any physcial evidence of him killing the victim but you have 100 people saying they all saw him do it. You have video cameras at the gas station showing it. Yet there is NO body.
Does that mean there is no evidence? Because that is what the MSM and Democrats are saying.
Trump’s lawyers have no stomach for pressing their “evidence” in actual courts, preferring the comfort of the court of public opinion.

And, felon that you are, you must know lawyers have to assemble a case befor going to court.
Jeffery and all the other Lefties daydream about having the military on their side when the showdown comes. I keep trying to remind him of the Battleship Potemkin, but his willful ignorance know no bounds.
It’s a long read but there are a couple of salient passages.
The National Guard. I am out of touch with that element but my experience in the past and limited contact now (Intel and Special Forces Guard and Reserve units) indicates that many, if not most, Guard units will “go over†to the militia once such militia stands up after the leftists start their insurrection. Reserve units would simply dissipate as their more effective members also head to the militia.
The active duty military. This subject is staged. First of all, realize that even if the military stays disengaged there will be yuuge AWOL numbers as the most dedicated patriots in the military head home to join their fathers, uncles, brothers and friends in the militia. Second – once (if) deployed against civilians, that AWOL rate doubles the first week – now taking their equipment with them. Third – as seen in the past in Third World countries – there is the reality that at the unit level, the national headquarters (Pentagon) is not in charge. A rebellion at the O-4 and down levels would see serious large armed elements going over – with equipment – prepared to do what has to be done. The combat vets on active duty are known for fully understanding the “defend against all enemies, foreign and domestic†portion of their oath,

I’m a vet and I remember my oath to protect this country against all enemies foreign and domestic. There was no expiration date and there were no exclusions for anti American Democommies. I was and am proud of that oath and would not hesitate to abide by it. I killed a boat load of commies in Nam and even though I’ll be 70 in Jan. and I’m on oxygen I still would give my life to protect this Great Republic.
I may ask which service were you in Hairy? Elwood? How much action did you see? Dodging gonorrhea in Toronto doesn’t count.
Formwiz. I am also a vet and I have made a study of war all my adult life.
1. The one thing you can count on is military units, of all types, doing what they are told.
2. There is no “militia”. There is nothing for the guard to “go over to”. I am aware of the various legal and metaphorical definitions of the word “militia” so there is no need to try to educate me on this point. The National Guard already thinks that by statute, THEY ARE the militia.
3. The “Oath” (TM) that so many vets place such a high value on, is nothing more than unenforceable meaningless word-salad created by a committee to have zero impact. Hint: In the history of the USA, no one has ever been punished for breaking this oath. Breaking it isn’t possible because keeping it isn’t possible. It requires the nothing of the oath maker. Hint 2: in the past 50 years, the US has lost all of it’s Bill of Rights guarantees, except for the one about quartering troops, and not a single military officer, soldier, Marine, airman, or military vet has lifted a finger to stop it. I can tell you with certainty that if you had a really nice house and the Army needed it, that other guarantee would fall pretty fast too and not a single uniformed person would complain.
4. If you want to see a bunch of “oathkeepers” storm your house without a warrant, kill your dog, and gleefully spray your sleeping family with automatic weapons fire, all it takes is telling them you are a terrorist. No proof in court. No equal protection clauses. No jury of your peers. There is a reason police carry guns. It isn’t to enforce their “oath”.
5. In extremis, if some sort of civil war breaks out, the only likely thing that will happen is mass desertion, not mass defection. Many of the people in the military have no stomach for a fight unless it is just for a few months at a time, from secure bases, killing nameless foreign people at no risk to themselves. If I had to guess, I’d call it 5% desertion rate with another 5% calling in sick. Similar to rates among police for dealing with dangerous situations.
If a Civil war were to break out the National Military would only protect federal Bases and Federal property.
The states would call up the National Guard to defend themselves based upon which state was being deemed a threat. If the attacks were to come in say Utah, the Governor would call up the guard and the guard living in that state would fight.
The active duty military has a duty to prevent armed incursion by foreign nations, to remain vigilant against attack by China, Iran Russia etc. Def Con would rise to 2 and the military would protect this nation against enemies foreign for obvious reasons.
The Civil war will not be 100k lefties vs 100k righties. It will be insurgency. Just as Afghans and Iraqis quickly learned massing forces to attack is a recipe for a 1000 fuel air bombs ending your day.
It will be cells of lefties and cells of righties hitting and running. Facing mini guns and gunships the left or right will quickly realize the target is to kill as many righties or lefties as possible. The right will respond with the same insurgency.
The war will drag on for months, the FEDS will watch. 75 percent of America will not participate unless they are directly involved.
This is what happened in Spain, the blueprint for the next “Civil War” in America. I got my information from people I respect and how they see any armed conflict playing out in the USA.
The active military will not take sides. To do so would be to turn America into a 20 year Civil War like Afghanistan no matter which side they sided with. For the Active Duty forces to choose sides would force the other side into terrorism beyond an imaginable scale.
In fact one of the great fears is either left or right attacking interest in Mexico and Canada forcing those people to become involved rather they want to or not and a Democratic president allowing UN soldiers to keep the peace on American soil.
Anyone wishing for Civil war is nuts, but it might very well be coming. That is why I said earlier that Antifa thugs are going to go missing after Biden takes office. The deep state will not allow anything to block their $$$$$$$$ gravy train.
