My previous F-150 was the same color as the F-250 in the photo. It had 190,000 miles on it when I traded it in, and I would have kept it if it had been 4-wheel drive.
I had bought it when we lived on flat land in Hampton, Virginia, and I only rarely had to worry about snow. In Pennsylvania, with two hills to go up and down to get to work, four-wheel drive became a real concern in the winter.
Now that I’m back in the Bluegrass State, I’m not particularly worried about the snow anymore, and even though I’m in eastern Kentucky, I don’t have any hills about which to worry. I’ve got 166,000 miles on my 2010 F-150, and I’m hoping that it will be the last truck I buy.
