You want something to make you say, “Could this year get any better?”, try this on for size.

It’s beginning to look like all the mail-in ballot shenanigans may do in a lot of Demos.

    Consider:

In Pennsylvania, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin, the Supreme Courts have fundamentally rewritten state election laws.

Mail-in ballots can be received up to seven (7) days after the election and still be counted
These ballots can be missing postmarks and still be counted

The signature on the ballot doesn’t even have to match with that of the registered voter

They have banned the Green Party from the ballot to prevent erosion of the Biden vote

All of these illegal proclamations directly contravene state law and are simply naked, partisan attempts to swing the election.

More importantly, they are in clear violation of the Constitution.

    Article I, Section 4
…The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof…

The Judicial branch — at any level of government — has no role in deciding the times, places and protocols for Congressional elections.

Which means that even if the illegal vote harvesting scam promoted by certain state Supreme Courts at the presidential level goes unchallenged, the clear text of the Constitution prevents any other federal office-holder from being counted if it is in violation of state law.

As for the presidential election, the Constitution is equally clear, as Mark Levin has repeatedly pointed out.

    Article II, Section 1
…Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector…

Once again, the legislature is wholly responsible for directing the manner of presidential elections.

But Article 1, Section 4 of the Constitution clearly dictates that any down-ticket federal elections must conform explicitly to the legislative body’s instructions. Perhaps Democrat judges have helped entrap their own party’s Congressional candidates in a web of deception.

Think Trump didn’t know RBG was about to buy the farm? Think he didn’t sere all this coming? Think he’s been lawyering up all over the country all year for nothing?

37 dimension virtual stealth ninja chess.

    Jeffery hardest hit.

Though election fraud is not my forte, A couple of my associates have indicated to me that the Democrats have already retained over 800 lawyers and have several of the leading racist organizations working for them as well such as the ACLU and the Southern Poverty Law Center to name a few.

The question can be asked of the left. Do you think they don’t know what they are doing? It is clear that this election will end up in the Supreme court and I am afraid that Section 4 might prevail.

Meaning the states particularly these four states can do whatever the hell they want and with a bench full of textualists it is clear to me they might very well uphold anything the states want to do because it explicitly gives them the right to do so, even if we have passed laws since, these laws shall not infringe.

Two Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee said they will not meet with Amy Coney Barrett — President Trump’s pick to fill the vacancy on the Supreme Court.

This is why the right should hold a week of hearings and then vote. None of the same shennigans they left pulled with Kavanaugh to hold it up. The left is gonna do what they do. Lie, steal and cheat. If the GOP is afraid of the voters, Can You imagine the number of voters that the left will lose over watching Amy be Borked and Kavanaughed on national TV. It will be good for a 5 point swing from women.

However that said, I do not favor putting ANY person though this. These people know these people, she was already Vetted by this congress a couple years ago when she was approved like 92-2 or some crazy number to the Appellate court.

So hold a week of hearings and then vote. She does not deserve what the Democrats are going to throw at her. No one on this planet does. Cancel culture is a plague.

of the thing just mentioned; of that.
“the member state or a part thereof”

The THING just mentioned was the STATE LEGISLATURE. A Textualist will read this as each state having the right to run an election in the MANNER they deem fit. So it would seem if the state legislatures want you to vote by mail in ballots like a couple states have already been doing. Colorado and Oregon. Which incidentally I am told that the reason Colorado went solidly Blue after being Solidly red was because of Mail in Voting which is why the left has decided to test the waters with Joe Biden.

If Biden can defeat Trump with mail in voters the USA will be communist in a dozen years.

Now again I am not that well versed in law so I am just going off what I have hear other more knowledgeable people have told me. This is the Democrats way of using the Supreme court to their advantage even if it is Quote Conservative.
