Amy Coney Barrett Reported To Be Trump’s SCOTUS Pick, Who Might Let Down Conservatives Or Something

All the “inside” reports are saying that Trump will nominate Barrett this afternoon, not a tough call, so, of course, the utterly and completely un-biased news along with Dem pundits are working to tell us why she is bad, such as

And, of course they think the adoption should be investigated. They’re also coming after her religion, leading to a piece by a college president and big time law teacher in defending her from those attacks. And then

Supreme Court favorite Amy Barrett thinks politics have no business in the courtroom. Critics aren’t convinced.

Many Republicans have hailed Amy Coney Barrett, President Trump’s apparent nominee to the Supreme Court to replace Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, as a dream candidate: a relatively young woman of impeccable conservative credentials. The federal circuit court judge believes that life begins at conception. She is a critic of the Affordable Care Act, the Obama-era health care law that Trump wants badly to dismantle. She has upheld restrictive immigration statutes while protecting corporations from lawsuits.

But she has also been consistently against injecting politics into the business of judging, presenting a potential problem for those who see the Supreme Court as a means of achieving ends not possible through legislation.

“I would have had no interest in the job if the job was about policymaking and about making policy decisions,” she said last year in an address at conservative Hillsdale College. “If we reduce the courts to mere politics, then why do we need them? We already have politicians,” Barrett added a little later. “Courts are not arenas for politics.”

Somehow, this is supposed to be a bad thing that she’s interested in deciding things based on the Constitution, rather than political belief.

“I conceive of justices as being driven by first-order commitments to constitutional methods rather than solely by partisan political preference,” she wrote in a 2013 article for the Texas Law Review. Later in the same article, she wrote that “partisan politics are not a good reason for overturning precedent. But neither are they a good reason for deciding a case of first impression.”

The word “precedent” is especially loaded when it comes to abortion. Precedent, on that issue, is Roe v. Wade and Casey v. Planned Parenthood of Pennsylvania, both of which outlined conditions under which an abortion could be performed. Republicans’ judicial nominees worried that they will be depicted as abortion foes often make overtures about respecting precedent. They usually do so when pressed in a congressional hearing room, not in their own academic writings.

Notice that Democrats immediately jump to abortion on demand, because that is really their #1 Sacrament. How did one political party become so enamored with protecting the ability to kill the unborn?

How did one political movement become so enamored with controlling women?

Yes, by telling them being irresponsible in their sex lives is a good thing.

      Lie.

Try again. Laws such as Griswold were off the books in 48 states and the ones that still had them didn’t enforce them. This was an exercise in Lefty showboating.

Actual science shows that the women and the baby don’t have the same blood type or the same DNA. The child is a separate entity.

Furthermore, a recent study shows that 96% of doctors and biologists believe that life begins at conception.

It is clear that the left hates science and hates the idea of protecting those who cannot protect themselves.

Jeffery’s summation of Griswold shows the hypocrisy and lack of critical thinking. In Griswold, the court ruled that absent actual harm to someone, the state had no business violating “marital privacy.” Most people would agree with that.

However, “marital privacy” does not protect the right of a husband or wife to beat the other up, to cause harm or to kill them.

Yet that is what Jeffery and those who hate children believe – that people have the right to kill a child.

That is what hate will do to you. It makes people lie, be hypocritical and support murder.

After all, all the left has is hate.

Porter Good’s poof, A-twit, skulks back to once again falsely label legal abortions as murder.

But that’s what pro-birther men do.

Judge Barrett will almost certainly be confirmed by Jan 3 when the Dems take control of the Senate. The Supreme Court will likely overturn Roe v. Wade (and the PPACA) and we’ll have these battles once again. It will be interesting to see how the Democratic states respond, and how the Democratically-controlled Congress with a Democratic president write laws enabling abortion.

So. How are abortions stopped once they are outlawed? Will legal abortifacient drugs be banned (spawning an underground drug market)? Since as many as 50% of fertilized eggs (babies) end up being lost (miscarriage) how do you determine if a woman had a spontaneous vs induced abortion? Cyclooxygenase inhibitors (aspirin, naproxen, ibuprofen and others) reduce the chance of a fertilized egg (baby) implanting in the uterine lining, do you ban those as well? A fertilized egg (baby) will only implant when the uterine lining is receptive (that’s why so many “babies” get unknowingly flushed down the toilet). Since fertilized eggs are now human beings with rights what procedures should we take to preserve the millions of human babies being flushed down the toilet each year? Or do you only care about human babies when they are further along in development with fingers and toes? If we could catch these fertilized eggs as they leave women’s reproductive tracts we could save them and re-implant.

We know the answers to all these questions, which is nothing. You will ban abortions, assigning severe penalties to women and providers. You will ignore your own reasoning (fertilized eggs are human beings with rights!) and selectively enforce laws against poor women and minorities. You will do nothing to prevent unwanted pregnancies.

Since obtaining an illegal abortion is clearly first-degree murder involving a conspiracy to murder between a woman and a provider what punishment is deserved?

        • gitarcarver says:

Porter Good’s poof, A-twit, skulks back to once again falsely label legal abortions as murder.

Murder is the killing of another person with malice aforethought. Is it your contention that there was no malice to end the life of the child?

Is it your contention that the woman and the child have the same body, the same blood type, the same DNA, etc?

Once again, the science is against you.

But that’s what pro-birther men do.

          Yep. We tell the truth.

Killers do not because of the hate they have.

It is funny how you hate children so much that you advocate and approve of methods to kill children.

That’s what hate does to people. It makes you hate the innocent and try to justify their murder.

Then again, all the left has is hate.

No, she will be confirmed as the R-controlled Congress resumes business, stronger than ever. If you’re expecting a Democratically-controlled Congress with a Democratic president, you’d better be prepared to wait about 40 years if history is any indication.

Whatever. Bottom line is if Roe is struck down, it just goes back to the states, the way it was before. Same with Lawrence and a lot of other bad decisions.

You will ignore your own reasoning (fertilized eggs are human beings with rights!) and selectively enforce laws against poor women and minorities. Last I looked the best way for a woman to avoid getting pregnant was to keep her drawers on and the knees together.

And, yes, fertilized eggs are human beings with rights are now recognized by the law. You can hear all the women screaming.

Since obtaining an illegal abortion is clearly first-degree murder involving a conspiracy to murder between a woman and a provider what punishment is deserved?

Nowadays, a couple years in the slammer, but abortion has been going out of fashion for the last couple of decades. That’s why all your ranting has no effect.

Life imprisonment without the possibility of parole, for the pregnant woman, the ‘doctor,’ the nurses or technicians, and, if he was involved in paying for it, the father.

Start doing that, and illegal abortions will dramatically decrease.

You know what you have to do that to change, but it seems you won’t because there is so much hatred. After all, hate is all the left has.

          • Elwood P. Dowd says:

Porter’s Pet, AA_twit, does his usual sleight of hand…

He whines about being mocked. He whines about the hatred in others. Yet, he mocks and hates.

Why did he, with nothing to discuss, even bother to reply? Because his objective is not to discuss the message but to attack the messenger with “murderer”, “communist”, “rapist”, “liar” and “hypocrite”. And he whines about name-calling.

He proclaims but never discusses. “A fertilized egg is a baby with human rights”, yet shows no understanding of the process of conception, and refuses to discuss the practical issues with his dogma. Flagella-propelled spermatozoa swim up the fallopian tube and a single, lucky spermatozoon fuses with an ovum, blocking other suitor spermatozoa from penetrating the ovum. It takes several hours for the chromosomes from the ova and spermatozoon to combine to form the 23 paired chromosomes. By day two after the ovum’s and spermatozoon’s do it, the zygote divides into a two-cell baby which continues to divide into a 4-cell, 8-cell etc baby. By 8 or 9 days after fertilization the multi-celled baby begins to implant into the hormonally-prepared uterine lining. Most of these babies reaching the uterus DO NOT implant properly and die. Another 15% or more implant but are lost as a miscarriage, typically in the first trimester. This means many million more human babies die of “natural” causes than of induced abortion, yet the pro-birth extremists seem not to care, preferring to call women and doctors murderers and sending them to prison (if not executing them).

So it’s critical for pro-birth extremists to detail at what precise moment in development the death of a baby becomes murder. If a woman takes a medication that blocks implantation (that is more likely to fail than succeed) has she murdered her baby? If a woman takes a medication that induces uterine muscular contractions has she murdered her baby? How will the Abortion Police know whether it was “induced” or “natural”? How will they know it happened at all? Will the state need to track the menstrual cycles of all women? Mandate pregnancy testing?

IF, as is claimed, a zygote is a human being with equal Constitutional rights how does a pro-birth extremist justify an arbitrary development stage to determine when a murder has occurred?

In our opinion pro-birth extremists want to control the sexual behavior of women by forcing them to give birth for the “sin” of having sex. Pro-birthers do not support access to contraception and have zero interest in the actual children resulting from unwanted pregnancies. We can’t discuss abortion without a conservative saying the answer is for women to keep their knees together.

          • gitarcarver says:

Why did he, with nothing to discuss, even bother to reply?

In that you scream all the time about people and what you will do, don’t you think that discussing your lies and hypocrisy is germane? You falsely accuse others of doing it all the time and now you can’t take it when people show, though your own actions that you are what you accuse others of?

Because his objective is not to discuss the message but to attack the messenger with “murderer”, “communist”, “rapist”, “liar” and “hypocrite”.

You attack people’s sources using some sort of scale, isn’t it fair game to apply that same scale to you? And for the record, I never called you a “murderer.” Perhaps that is your conscience speaking to you. Either that, or another lie. I have never called you a “communist.” Once again, that is your conscience speaking or a lie on your part. You admitted on this board with your own words that you are a rapist. I have said that about you because it is the truth. I have said that you lie, and this discussion is proof that you are a liar, as well as a hypocrite.

You just don’t like it when people are truthful about you while you love to make up false statements and allegations against them.

The rest of your post is simply ridiculous. It is an attempt to shift the goal posts. It is another case of you saying “what about cases of rape and incest?” and yet if people were to say “okay, you can abort them. Would you end abortion in all other 98% of the cases?” You reply “no.”

Once again Jeffery, you liked to cite the false number of 96% of “scientists” believe in global warming, yet you won’t believe the true number that 98% of biologists and doctors believe life begins at conception. You then claim the lower number represents facts, but dismiss the higher number. Seems to me that act on your part shows that there is an anti-science person here, and it isn’t me.

You don’t like it when your arguments are shown to be false. It is you that hops off the subject and attack another poster and then hypocritically claim they won’t discuss issues.

That as symptom of hate, which is all the left has.

          • Elwood P. Dowd says:

            Porter’s pet, AA_twit, doesn’t get it.

We didn’t admit to being a rapist, that’s your own libelous accusation. It’s a shame your “partner” Porter doesn’t enforce his own code. If he did he’d quickly run out of commenters.

We didn’t mention rape or incest. For the sake of argument, we accepted that 95% of biologists agreed that “life” begins at conception. So? (It seems likely you didn’t read the so-called “study” but that’s for another day).

How will you guarantee that we as a people protect those 1 day old babies in the fallopian tubes? This is not philosophy class but is a real world issue. If you can’t address that, we’re convinced you don’t believe it yourself. Is a three month baby in utero more valuable than a 1 day zygote? Why?

This is similar to the argument that abortion is murder. Pro-birth extremists either don’t believe their own argument or stand idly by watching babies murdered.

So, how will you protect zygotes and blastocysts which according to you and the Catholic Church are babies requiring the full protection of the law?

Do you have distinct developmental milestone before which you approve the murder of babies?

And how could you justify baby murder just because the baby resulted from rape or incest? I all human life is valuable, why is the woman more valuable than the baby?

If you can’t discuss these issues we have little further use for your nonsense.

This is not philosophy class but is a real world issue.

Actually it is not a real world issue until you admit (which you have already) the human life begins at conception.

Do you have distinct developmental milestone before which you approve the murder of babies?

This seems to be you talking to yourself again. You, not us, are demanding some milestone what the child should be protected from being murdered by humans. Seems to me that you just blew away your own argument. Again.

And how could you justify baby murder just because the baby resulted from rape or incest?

I don’t. You do. In fact it is hard to understand that if according to you, children that are the product of rape and incest have no value, why you didn’t abort your own kids that resulted from your raping a woman?

  2. Est1950 says:

The affordable care act is no longer affordable. The coverage by the insurance companies is atrocious now and the costs are astronomical. One thing that is for sure, Congress needs to act or the GOP will have no seats in 2024. However Pelosi and Shurmer refuse to act because they want to punish Americans to gain power.

As the original intent of the left was to write a bill that failed, then force the country to cry uncle and beg for Medicare for all or Universal health care so the country would cry uncle.

The left never dreamed of a day in which the Democrats would not hold power. They never dreamed of a day in which the supreme court was a rubber stamp for anything they wished to accomplish.

That day however arrived in 2016, 2018 and now in 2020 the people will ultimately decided what kind of country they want. I have poured over polling data and have to laugh at what the polls are putting out there. Even Fox News polling who is run by a staunch Democrat, puts out crap polling that cannot meet the smell test continually oversampling Democrats, Blacks and women.

Many on the left fear that polling is inaccurate because they cannot accurately poll white working class non college men.

Slate put out a nice slider app that shows what would happen in an election if all the voter blocs changed just a few percentage points in the up coming election.

Assuming 2016 numbers remain relatively close:

Trump wins if 11 percent of the blacks vote for him. He got 9 percent in 2016. Trump wins if just 3 more percent of white working class men vote for him and 1 percent less blacks vote for him.

Trump landslides if he gets 5 more percent of the Hispanic vote, 2 percent more of the black vote and it is a 41 state electoral win if 3 more percent of white working class voters join the Trump train.

In short, Trump has worked furiously for the black vote, Hispanic vote and the blue collar vote and the riots have even turned the suburbs red again. Women want peace and safety more than a woman who has had 4 kids wants abortion rights.

Since Abortion is split 47-47 and more Hispanics are pro-choice and the Black community is beginning to realize the Democrats have razed their nuclear family with abortion on demand, its not a stretch at all to see that the polls are lies, there is a hidden Trump vote and Blacks and Hispanics, women in the suburbs and Union Men and most Cops will turn out for Trump.

Currently Trump is expected to garner 15 percent of the Black vote, 43 percent of the Hispanic vote and a couple extra points in Blue Collar men because of the Union’s backing Trump. The reality is there is no chance Trump does not landslide in 2020.

Does anyone even realize that Joe Biden put out word for their ground team to stop knocking on doors in Florida? Even the Democrats realize they have lost the 2020 after the riots burned them to the ground along with a communist BLM and ANTIFA which they continue to encourage.

The affordable care act was never affordable. Its purpose was to break the whole system so that the government could rescue everyone with communism.

    • Elwood P. Dowd says:

One commenter here feels it will be a 50 state sweep for The Don. We’ll take that bet all day long.

Define landslide, and we’ll probably take that bet. tRump said 2016 was a landslide. Surely he’ll do much better this time around with the demented Biden and the BLM riots. And it sounds as if trumpists also think he’ll do better. Howsabout 328-210, win for tRump? That gives tRump the “battlegrounds” of AZ, FL, NC, VA, PA, OH, MI, WI, MN. Eazy-peazy for The Don. It just adds VA and MN to his 2016 total. Is that blowout enough?

      • Est1950 says:

Well since Antifa has set most of the western forests on fire burned down city after city and riot after every cop defends themselves against a murderous minded black man who has a rap sheet longer than Mao Zedong, it would stand to reason that the American people are a bit fed up with a party that is calling for the destruction of America.

Listen to yourself. You want to TAKE what 85 percent of this country owns and has worked for. BLM calls looting and burning down stores REPARATIONS. They believe burning down millions of acres of forest is justified because of racism. They think cancel culture is powerful enough to frighten people into silence.

They are right. People are afraid to speak up because Antifa will come for them. BLM will torch their houses and the home owner is then arrested for defending themselves.

In CA a car eased through the crowd, did not strike anyone and raced off only to be chased down blocked in and savagedly beaten. They managed to get away without hurting anyone and guess who was arrested? Yeah the driver of the car and its all on film.

IF WE BURN YOU BURN WITH US a classic line from a movie about a country going into rebellion and civil war and it is never so apt as now.

And if this country Votes Dems into office legally because they think BLM and Antifa will stop they are insane. They both want to burn it down and are not your friend or my friend. They are communist anarchists encouraged, embraced and endorsed by the left.

So If its not at least 328-210 out of self preservation for this country then we are all fubarred.

        • Elwood P. Dowd says:

          I’m guessing 289-259 for Biden.

We can’t tell if the trumpists are truly terrified or if it’s just part of the tRump campaign strategy.

Of course you can back your accusations that most of the Western fires were set by anti-fascists (antifa).

Your accusation that I wish to take 85% of what America owns and has worked for is confusing. Can you explain further?

          • formwiz says:

Sure. Gropin’ Joe can barely catch his breath anymore, along with being unable to put together a simple coherent sentence.

We can’t tell if the Trumpists are truly terrified or if it’s just part of the Trump campaign strategy.

You and your cartoon characters can’t tell if the sun is out.

Well, there’s this. The best indicator is how hard Fake News is doing its Baghdad Bob thing trying to tell people Antifa isn’t.

Your accusation that I wish to take 85% of what America owns and has worked for is confusing. Can you explain further?

            You’re incapable of reading.

      • formwiz says:

        He’ll do better than that.

The Demos have screwed up mightily and now we’re coming down to the home stretch. Gropin’ Joe’s mind is gone and now he can’t breathe.

Chlamydia will have to carry his body across the finish line.

The PPACA is a political dog’s breakfast cobbled together to satisfy the more conservative elements in Congress. NuGOPhers have been working to repeal and replace it. tRump keeps claiming he has the replacement ready (LOL). So far his plan is a one-time $200 coupon to Medicare recipients for drug purchases and an EO declaring pre-existing conditions will be covered (they already are under the PPACA which tRump is trying to end in court).

Typical GOPher, campaign (bribe, buy votes with taxpayer dollars) by appealing to the disadvantaged and govern for the wealthy.

GOPhers are great at campaigning and acquiring power, but big losers when it comes to governance.

207,310 dead Americans so far as a result of tRump’s incompetence.

Still would work better than IdiotCare.

I note Gropin’ Joe is promising to bring it back. Maybe that’s why there are so few people at his rallies.

      Even before Wu Flu.

No, 12,000 according to the CDC, 400 according to the guys who went through the death certs.

If you don’t want your relationship to Porter mocked, you know what to do. See if you can detect the pattern. Until then…

Am I not entitled to defend myself against your lies and smears? Nice try.

Like the Russians’ attitude toward peace. Do what we want and there will be peace.

And nobody cares what you think, so your opinion bears no weight.

    Up yours.

  5. Professor hale says:

Seriously, guys. I don’t know why you keep feeding the troll. If you stop talking to him, he will get bored. Unless you think Jeff is paid by Teach to be his in-house troll. Makes sense since most of the comments here are egged on by Jeff. If jeff didnt exist, teach would in ent him.

    • formwiz says:

It’s fun proving him so wrong.

We’ve actually considered the reality that we increase Porter’s traffic on this minor right-supremacist bloglet.

      • formwiz says:

You’d think they paid you more.

Actually, Jeffery is a legend in his own mind. No figment, except his brain.

And people were interested before Jeffery decided to make an ass of himself in front of the entire world.

If traffic’s increased, it’s only for the comedy value of his idiotic pronouncements.

I hear Gropin’ Joe is saying Judge Barrett will kill IdiotCare and he thinks that’s going to bring him votes. If she does kill it, it will bring trump votes.

      • Professor hale says:

So what’s it like being half the creative contribution on a “white supremacist website”? What the heck has Teach ever wrote that was white supremacist? You must be confusing this with one of the other sites you “contribute” to. I’ve been visiting here for years and this site is totally focused on countering the global warming propaganda.

I’m sure Teach does fine either way. Commenting does not equal traffic. Your comments though are just part of the show.

  6. formwiz says:

    Thanks.

Jeffery can now say how mean we all are.

but he asked the question, if it’s murder 1, what’s the penalty?

He got his answer and only the feminuts will oppose it.

  7. formwiz says:

Porter’s Pet, AA_twit, does his usual sleight of hand…

He whines about being mocked. He whines about the hatred in others. Yet, he mocks and hates.

You really need to take down that mirror. you think everybody else is you.

Why did he, with nothing to discuss, even bother to reply? Because his objective is not to discuss the message but to attack the messenger with “murderer”, “communist”, “rapist”, “liar” and “hypocrite”. And he whines about name-calling.

no, you’re the one who whines. Especially when you’re losing.

    Which is always.

You kill a baby in the womb, it’s a crime in most states.

Mandate pregnancy testing?

the word you seek is conception. The way it’s been since women started having babies.

IF, as is claimed, a zygote is a human being with equal Constitutional rights how does a pro-birth extremist justify an arbitrary development stage to determine when a murder has occurred?

See above. Also try to use head occasionally (Jeffery is one of those people who are the living embodiment of the old Yosemite Sam gag, “Ah’m a-thinkin’. An’ muh head hurts”).

I love that pro-birthers. Puts in context what the Left is really about.

And keeping the knees together is how you don’t get pregnant. This, of course, is what is really meant by social justice. You want to play Police (feet apart and spread ’em), you get to pay for your mistakes.

The “sin” of having sex is having outside wedlock BTW. The Left puts it otherwise because they want a lot of illegitimate children growing up on welfare. And that’s the real sin.

And nobody cares what the opinion of you and all your cartoon characters and sock puppets may be

    • Elwood P. Dowd says:

Porter Good’s “plaything”, Lil Sibley, typed nobody cares what the opinion of you etc

Yet, here he is typing a retort to my every word. LOL. What an obsessed maroon.

With nothing to discuss… He reminds us of Curly, “I’m tryin’ to think, but nuthin’ happens”.

      • formwiz says:

        I just rebut your lies.

Aside from the now-standard smear job on a nominee of any R President, Jeffery desperately needs to change the subject.

He’s gonna do just swell Tuesday night.

    • Elwood P. Dowd says:

Porter Good’s boytoy, Li’l Eddie, continues his obsession.

See where Rapin’ Don claimed he has two (2) Nobel Prizes, that the traitors in the media ignore!!

Anyway, we have nothing against Judge Barrett. The GOPhers are hypocrites regarding forcing her down the throat of America but that’s not her fault. And GOPhers being lying hypocrites is not news either.

      • formwiz says:

See where Rapin’ Don claimed he has two (2) Nobel Prizes, that the traitors in the media ignore!!

Li’l Jeffy is confused (yet again). Trump has 2 Nobel nominations, which is two more than Zippy ever had.

Anyway, we have nothing against Judge Barrett. The GOPhers are hypocrites regarding forcing her down the throat of America but that’s not her fault. And GOPhers being lying hypocrites is not news either.

Clearly, you do or you wouldn’t be trying to smear her. And at least you’re not devolving into your homosexual obsessions, or are you? You’re still obsessing on oral sex.

And I have yet to see any great demonstrations against Judge Barrett, so you lie (surprise!) in saying she is being forced on America.

No, we value the Constitution as written. Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. Your side wants people as miserable as possible, so you must be projecting again.

        • Elwood P. Dowd says:

Porter Good’s favorite stooge, Li’l Siblie, lies again. Don the Con SAID he had two Nobel prizes: “Somebody had a show where they said the amount of time devoted to Donald Trump’s Nobel Peace Prize — two of ’em — [was] zero on the networks, zero. It is so disgraceful. They’re so bad.” and,

“You love your president, and your president gets honored,” Trump told the crowd in Fayetteville. “I’m not being honored, you’re being honored, with the Nobel Peace Prize for Israel, what we did with Israel.”

Being nominated for a Nobel Prize is common for state leaders. Hitler, Chavez, Stalin, Tookie Williams, Castro, Putin, Limbaugh and tRump have been nominated.

“I think I’m going to get a Nobel Prize for a lot of things, if they gave it out fairly, which they don’t,” Trump said at the United Nations in 2019.

tRump was “nominated” in 2017 and 2018 but both were shown to be forgeries. It’s not been proven that tRump was behind the forged nominations.

318 individuals and organizations were nominated for 2020.

      • Est1950 says:

If the Democrats win in November I fear you are only partially correct, Mr. Elwood. Trump will be executed for Treason by BLM/ANTIFA sponsored Democrats. That is how communists treat their former rivals.

Cyrus Vance is investigating Trump for potential crimes. What crime. I am sure all of us could be investigated and found guilty of something.

The reason the DOJ is dragging their feet on arresting anyone (Unlike the Mueller probe run by democrats) is because the thing that always set Civilized countries apart was the fact we did not hold our political opponents as enemies to be tried, jailed or executed.

That all changed with Trump and now the DOJ is desperately trying to hold on to that tradition(By not indicting HRC, Biden, Biden’s son, etc. etc.) lest it start a horrible example. There is little doubt in anyone’s mind that HRC, Bill Clinton, Bush, Cheney, Obama, Biden could be tried and imprisoned for a long, long time for all the misdeeds they did while in power.

Politics has always been Tit for Tat. When you start a precedent and go down the rabbit hole there is no return. Something you seem to advocate. Something the right wants to happen to Biden and His Son, Or Obama. The left called for Bush/Cheney to be tried in the world court for the exact same things OBAMA did as president. Tit for Tat.

When you start the witch hunt. When and with whom does it end? I will tell you when and where. It ends in the streets with the little man dying to protect an ideology they don’t even understand run by elites who are laughing their asses off while the peasants fight their wars.
