Coverage for pre-existing conditions must still be being protected because I switched insurance on Jan. 1 and I have a condition which the treatment for (including meds) runs in excess of $100k per year and Aetna just covered it immediately, no waiting period (plus my premium went down $48 per month but that’s no big deal). Point is my previous existing, expensive and ongoing medical condition was covered so what the hell are you talking about?
