It’s fur week, in honor of California banning the production and sale of fur in the state. Because no one could possibly go to another state or order on the Internet, right?

Why just ban fur? The arguments for that are indistinguishable from those of banning meat, right? And fur production has but a tiny fraction of the carbon footprint of meat production. To save Mother Gaia, the Pyrite State should truly embrace its nickname as the land of fruits and nuts, and ban the production of meat, and the importation of meat for human consumption from other states.
Ban leather belts, shoes and clothing!
If they’re going to ban fur they should also ban leather and as Dana points out ban meat also. None are needed any longer for the sustenance of people since we have other means for warmth and nutrition. And the farming of, importation, sale and consumption of all animal products should be a felony in Caliph-ornia.
They should stick to their principles. Hahahaha, leftists with principles. Now that’s funny.
