In regard to the linked site, This Ain’t Hell But You Can See It From Here is reporting that their founder and driving force SFC Jonn Lilyea passed away due to a heart attack yesterday.
Besides his family and friends (of which there are many friends) Lllyea was passionate about the military, military matters and Stolen Valor. Even while dealing with an debilitating disease, he continued to lead an honorable and full life.
He will be missed.
RIP Jonn.

Reading the comments on the post that announced his passing is heartbreaking. Tough men and women who served in the worst possible places and conditions are saying they were in tears when they heard the news.
Even when we tried to leave a message, nothing we said made any sense.
Funny how a person you never met can be a friend, eh?
(And yes, that applies to our relationship.)
