Previously Deported Illegal Sexually Assaults Child In Raleigh

Will Nancy Pelosi be making another eight hour yammering on the House floor about how great illegal aliens are?

(WNCN) A Mexican citizen living in Raleigh is facing multiple charges after breaking into a home and sexually assaulting a child, according to a Wake County Magistrate’s Order.

Oscar Paez Uribe, 39, of the 4000 block of Vendue Range, is accused of breaking into a home in the 6000 block of Buffaloe Road in Raleigh on Feb. 17, “with the intent to terrorize an occupant of the building,” the order shows.

Once inside, Uribe kidnapped a child under 16 and restrained the child and then sexually assaulted them, charging documents show.

Uribe is facing charges of felony first-degree kidnapping, felony break/enter terrorize/injure, and felony indecent liberties with a child.

A prosecutor said Uribe in in the U.S. illegally and is being held on an immigration detainer. A warrant shows Uribe is a citizen of Mexico.

He had previously been charged under a different alias with two counts of rape/statutory sex and summarily deported in 2007.

(ABC11) “I would submit to you that based on the fact that he was arrested before, deported before, and is now back in the country illegally, and has now allegedly broke in and committed an additional sexual offense, I would ask the court to at least set the bond to $500,000,” the state attorney continued.

Judge Craig Croom, however, denied that request and set the new amount to a $300,000 secured bond. Croom also ordered Uribe to have no contact with the victim or any member of her family, stay at least 50 yards away from the home on Buffaloe Road, and have no unsupervised contact with any child younger than 16.

Whether he made bond is unknown. None of the local articles say. And ICE is probably watching in case he does make bond, because Uribe is a flight risk.

The Buffalo Rd address is not that far from where I live, and I drive by it every day to work. And now we’re going to have to pay to put this scumbag child molesting illegal alien in jail, all because Democrats, and some squishy Republicans, are against actually securing the border, and do all they can to entice people to enter the country illegally.

tRump and his ICEstapo are so busy chasing down businessmen, teachers and construction workers that they don’t have time to get the “bad dudes” he claimed he was going to deport.

Donnie: We know it’s hard work. We know your white nationalist, conspiracist base loves to see you handcuff Mexicans at schools and workplaces and courthouses, but you also have an obligation to protect the rest of America.

    This is on tRump.

No, dear, it’s on people like you because you need people like this to keep your rotted politicians in office to enact your socialist Hellhole.

And, last I read (I know, facts, and you hate facts), Sessions has been nailing people like this like there’s no tomorrow.

      • Jeffery says:

Sorry, dear, but your people are in charge now, and they spend their time chasing down easy targets. They may be nailing folks, but they missed this dirtbag.

Sort of like the FBI missing murderers because they’re too busy chasing Russians, at least according to tRump.

You typing something doesn’t transform your feelings into facts.

First it is that the US is deporting too many people. Not because this guy was let go and reentered the country under a different name and under the previous administration, it is the fault of the Trump administration.

Maybe Jeffery just hates so much he likes the idea of an lying, illegal immigrant sexually assaulting kid.

That’s what hate will do for you and that is all the left has.

          • Notice how Jeff immediately goes to attempting to slur Trump, because Jeff apparently wants to protect illegals, even those that sexually assault children.

If Jeffrey Jeffery is to be regarded as having made this point seriously, then we must also assume that he believes that Barack Hussein Obama, having been in charge of the government, and having even eased immigration enforcement when it comes to the Nightmarers, is responsible for every murder, every rape and every robbery committed by illegal immigrants during his eight miserable years in office.

I look forward to the wise man from the Ozarks confirming this assessment.

      • Jeffery says:

Just using the reasoning of your god-king. According to tRump, the FBI can’t do two things at once. The ICE Gestapo is just as “bad”, right? Maybe if they spent more time chasing dangerous “bad dudes” and less time chasing hard-working residents for the TV cameras we’d have fewer “bad dudes” committing crimes.

We’re in favor of INCREASING capture/jailing/deporting violent offenders. We wish this was the focus. We encourage authorities to lock up child molesters/rapists/abusers to life without parole, assuring they die in prison of either old age or at the hands of their peers.

We also favor a comprehensive immigration plan that STOPS all illegal immigration (including strict controls on visa violations), but that also gives legal status to those already here (provided they are not violent offenders). This is practical.

        • Dana says:

The answer is simple: do both!

Geoffrey Jeffrey seems to think that just because ICE is rounding up the low-hanging fruit that they aren’t also working on catching the badder guys as well. Might help if the nincompoops who run the ‘sanctuary’ cities would cooperate. That they don’t kind of makes his statement that “We’re in favor of INCREASING capture/jailing/deporting violent offenders. We wish this was the focus” sound a bit hollow, doesn’t it?

I can support half of that; I do not support giving legal status to those who have already crossed our borders. It isn’t practical, but simply another amnesty program, which we were told in the past would be the last, but simply encouraged more lawbreakers to cross our borders illegally.

          • Jeffery says:

            Dogma types:

I do not support giving legal status to those who have already crossed our borders…

Of course if we block others from coming in it’s hard to claim that “amnesty” will attract others. It’s quite practical. tRump’s (and Obama’s to a lesser extent) strategy is a PR stunt that cannot get rid of all the undocumented inside of 300 years. Arithmetic! His approach is further destabilizing our nation.

His approach is further destabilizing the hateful left and those who are criminals.

            There.

            Fixed that for you.

One would think that you would want less hate in your life and the world, but instead all you do is hate and spread more hate.

“Summarily deported?” What does that mean? Does that mean they shoved him across the border without putting him in prison for his previous crimes?

The real problem here is Judge Craig Croom. Señor Uribe’s bond should not have been set at $300,000, but $300,000,000! A known predator, fugitive and flight risk, he should never have been allowed out of jail while awaiting trial.

If Sr Uribe manages to flee, it’ll be a local story for our host. I would hope that the esteemed Mr Teach would be right out front, publicizing this ‘judge’s’ poor judgement, to shame him out of town.

There needs to be some way to hold public officials to take terrible decisions like this accountable when the results of their bad judgement are bad.
