I’ve used that photo before: the woman with the rifle is an Israeli soldier, who is required to have her weapon with her when not properly secured. There are many photos of Israeli soldiers with their weapons out in public, though having one in a bikini is pretty special. Note that there is no magazine in her rifle.
You really espoused have issued a trigger warning before posting that image. Oh how I am triggered.
