On April 22, 2015 Katherine Hayhoe announced that permanent drought was on its way to the Texas Panhandle. Then all the flooding that followed was blamed on AGW. On February 20, 2014 experts said that British floods are caused by global warming. Six weeks earlier, experts said that British droughts are caused by global warming.
