Hyper-Progressive Elizabeth Warren Releases Her 11 Commandments Of Nice Fascism

Progressives, who Jonah Goldberg referred to as “nice fascists” in his book Liberal Fascism, have been gaga for Elizabeth Warren from the first. They willing ignored her blatant lies about being a Native American, because of racial politics. They excuse her fundraising from big wig 1%ers. She pushes a progressive populism, while being one of the very rich who work the system she pro-ports to despise (remember that at the end). Search “hypocrite” and you’ll find more than enough to take on her 11 Commandments. But, there is no doubt that the Nutroots, the hardcore Progressive activists, want her to run for President in 2016. Hence, here we go, per National Journal

  • “We believe that Wall Street needs stronger rules and tougher enforcement, and we’re willing to fight for it.” (Warren raises lots and lots of money from Wall Street)
  • “We believe in science, and that means that we have a responsibility to protect this Earth.” (yet, she and all these little progressives took fossil fueled travel to get to the conference)
  • “We believe that the Internet shouldn’t be rigged to benefit big corporations, and that means real net neutrality (in other words, Government should fully control it)
  • “We believe that no one should work full-time and still live in poverty, and that means raising the minimum wage.” (and putting the low wage workers on the unemployment line. Oh, say, has Liz started paying her interns yet?)
  • “We believe that fast-food workers deserve a livable wage, and that means that when they take to the picket line, we are proud to fight alongside them.” (good news: they’ll be replaced with machines, so they can work on their standing in lines skills)
  • “We believe that students are entitled to get an education without being crushed by debt.” (says the woman who charged $350,000 to teach one class)
  • “We believe that after a lifetime of work, people are entitled to retire with dignity, and that means protecting Social Security, Medicare, and pensions.” (that’s a worthy goal. It might help if she believed in freeing the marketplace so people could earn money to retire)
  • “We believe—I can’t believe I have to say this in 2014—we believe in equal pay for equal work.” (she should tell this to Obama, who pays women less than men)
  • “We believe that equal means equal, and that’s true in marriage, it’s true in the workplace, it’s true in all of America.” (equal means equal, unless you are a group that Progressives do not like, then they will work to limit your equality)
  • “We believe that immigration has made this country strong and vibrant, and that means reform.” (in other words, open borders and amnesty)
  • “And we believe that corporations are not people, that women have a right to their bodies. We will overturn Hobby Lobby and we will fight for it. We will fight for it!” (hooray, no one has to pay $9 a month for birth control pills! Screw your religious freedom)

Jim Hoft notes that this “proves once again that she knows nothing about capitalism and economics. And, her supporters are too stupid to know it.” Knowing or not knowing is never the point with the hard left: it’s all about Progressive populism designed to whip up the masses. We saw something similar in Germany in the 1930’s.

And the main tenet of conservatives’ philosophy, according to Warren? “I got mine. The rest of you are on your own.”

Says the woman who is one of those fat cats, charges $350k to teach one class, flipping homes (which was decried by Progressives), and fought against compensation for coal and asbestos workers. She supports the Ex-Im Bank. She’s made quite a bit of money working Wall Street, and, as mentioned, receives quite a bit of campaign money from Wall Street. Like any good Progressives, she’s willing to bully other people, because equality or something. She takes every tax deduction she can, but, then, she avoided another Progressive mantra about the rich paying their fair share. I wonder why? Altogeher, she is a typical Democrat hypocrite, pushing one thing while doing another. She got hers, and greedily sticks her hand out for more more more.

Red State’s Dan McLaughlin compares Warren and Ted Cruz for 2016. Now that would be a fun election cycle!

At the end of the day, Progressives will say anything, whip up a bunch of populism, regardless of the damage it does to the country, regardless of the division it creates in the country, all for more power, and to move the nation towards “nice fascism”.

e’s a hypocrite! A liar! A fascist! And a Nazi! And you quote both Jonah Goldberg AND the odious Jim Hoft in the same post. The definition of right wing Projection is Jim Hoft calling someone stupid, lol!

You attacked the messenger without addressing the message. Typical. Right wing/corporatists and their shills hate progressives more than they love the American ideals they feign to support.

We believe that Wall Street needs stronger rules and tougher enforcement, and we’re willing to fight for it.” — But what do you think of regulating Wall Street so we don’t have to funnel another few trillion of taxpayers money their way?

“We believe in science, and that means that we have a responsibility to protect this Earth.” — Do you or don’t you agree with the statement?

“We believe that the Internet shouldn’t be rigged to benefit big corporations, and that means real net neutrality” — Do you think that the rights of corporations trump the rights of citizens?

“We believe that no one should work full-time and still live in poverty, and that means raising the minimum wage.” — You commented that full time workers earning more would lead to unemployment. The evidence does not support your claim. It’s another right wing/corporatist myth that helps corporations.

“We believe that fast-food workers deserve a livable wage, and that means that when they take to the picket line, we are proud to fight alongside them.” — Again, there is no evidence to support the right wing/corporatist myth that the poorest workers earning more causes unemployment.

“We believe that students are entitled to get an education without being crushed by debt.” — Do you think the current system is serving America well?

“We believe that after a lifetime of work, people are entitled to retire with dignity, and that means protecting Social Security, Medicare, and pensions.” — It’s been a right wing/corporatist goal to get their hands on the trillions in Social Security and Medicare.

“We believe—I can’t believe I have to say this in 2014—we believe in equal pay for equal work.” — Do you oppose equal pay for equal work?

“We believe that equal means equal, and that’s true in marriage, it’s true in the workplace, it’s true in all of America.” — Do you have examples where progressives oppose equality? Perhaps the progressive idea that the citizenry should control corporations rather than the other way around?

“We believe that immigration has made this country strong and vibrant, and that means reform.” — She didn’t call for open borders. She called for reform. Do you think the current system serves us well?

“And we believe that corporations are not people, that women have a right to their bodies. We will overturn Hobby Lobby and we will fight for it. We will fight for it!” — The activist right wing/corporatist judges (The “SCROTUS Five”) will trigger a backlash.

I formed a corporation in 2009 and another in 2012. We receive significant tax and liability protections from the government because of it, but don’t need the SCROTUS giving us even more “special rights” at the expense of non-incorporated Americans.

  4. Pam says:

And, Jeffrey, what exactly did “Hope and Change” mean?

  5. david7134 says:

My wife says that the women will likely vote for this nut. She says that the woman says the things that the low information, non-thinkers eat up. So it will be a vote along the lines of the takers versus the makers.

I am glad to see you touched a nerve with old Jeff. Keep up the good work.

And Jeff, why do you have an evil corporation? You may be making a profit which is clearly wrong and you admit to avoiding taxes. Yet you are happy for the rest of us to pay and want us to pay more.

  6. Jeffery says:

    Pam,

“And, Jeffrey, what exactly did “Hope and Change” mean?”

    Why do you ask?

  7. Jeffery says:

    dave,

Corporations are not evil. To encourage investment, the government created the concept of incorporation to protect the executives, founders and investors. Who would invest in GM if they were sued and all the investors had to pony up the settlement? The SCROTUS conferred personhood and religious rights. Corporate taxes make up less and less of our federal income.

I suspect I pay more in federal taxes than do you. You’re welcome.

  8. jl says:

“Do you oppose equal pay for work?” No, do you? But there already is equal pay for equal work. If there wasn’t, corporations would be hiring all women to help their bottom line because they could pay them less. Now, that’s not happening, is it, J? “Open borders. Do you think the current system serves us well?” Well, no, but you guys do. Republicans for years have been clamoring for the government to enforce the borders. “The Scrotus Five….” Now there’s they J we know- name calling in lieu of a rational argument. If I didn’t know better I would have said that this is a global warming piece. Anyway, the Supreme’s simply said that the HL case came under the RFRA- you know, the one signed by Clinton. Nice try at distraction, though, J. “It’s a right wing goal to get their hands on S.S. and Medicare trillions…” It is? Please provide data, though I know you can’t. Republicans have tried to free up S.S. so workers would have more investment choices. That’s what you call “get their hands on it”? Got it. “We believe in science and that means helping protect the earth. Do you or don’t you agree with that statement?” The question is- do you? Of course the differences arise over how to do it, not whether to do it. But points for another try at distraction, J. “But I don’t need the SCOTUS to give us (corporations)even more special rights than non-incorporated Americans.” More reading comprehension problems, J? The SCOTUS gave corporations the SAME first amendment rights as “non-incorporated” citizens, not more. Please keep up. Would you call the “right to abortion” a “special right” conferred upon us by the “SCOTUS Seven”? I thought so- hypocrisy duly noted. “The definition of right wing projection if Jim Hoft calling someone stupid. lol!” The definition of Jeffery’s projection is calling The Supreme Court of the United States “SCOTUS”. lol! J- you’re so easy to debate.

  9. Jeffery says:

    j,

If it was so easy to debate wouldn’t you be better at it?

SCROTUS = Supreme Court Republicans of the US. Not namecalling at all.

The Republican corporatists would love to turn over handling of SS to their patrons in the investment community.

  10. […] William Teach has an article about Senatrix Elizabeth Warren’s 11 Commandments, and the hypocrisy therein. I particularly liked this one: […]

  11. gitarcarver says:

If it was so easy to debate wouldn’t you be better at it?

Yeah, because jl’s being correct on the facts, the positions and the consequences shows his ineptitude in debating.

That you would even try to convince people of that is as sad as your inability to read and understand the English language.
