Gulp: Are We Underestimating Climate Change (Hoax)?

Personally, I’d say “no,” especially since pretty much none of the climate alarmists predictions have come to pass…oh, wait, sorry, they always throw out the numbers 50 and 100 years for predictions. My bad!

As climate warming causes the oceans to rise, subsequent flooding and storm surges are sure to impact people in coastal areas around the world. But estimates for how many people will be inundated have fallen short by many millions of people, suggests a new study.

And so far, how many people have been “displaced” by “climate change” so far? Anybody? Bueller? Bueller?

For the first time, the study combined predictions of sea level rise with forecasts of how many people will live in vulnerable areas 20 years from now. Previous studies have factored in current population numbers, which are only getting bigger.

20 years out? I’m impressed.

When the researchers combined sea-level data with projected populations in those areas for the year 2030, they came up with an estimate of 19.3 million people who will be at risk of being inundated by rising sea levels in just the four regions they looked at.

Except, the alarmists have been pushing this junk science for 30 years, and, so far, no one is being displaced. And big shot Believers, like Al Gore, continue to purchase sea front property. Oh, and then there’s the reality that sea level rise is well within the margin for what has occured over the last 7,000 years, during this interglacial period, oh, and that sea levels have plummeted.

Wait, so, the water level has only increased by the slowest margins on record (slower than at any other time in history), and they want us to believe that it will now pick up speed in the next 20 years?!?!?

why can’t these idiots not see the data? They tried to push the data on to us for generations and now that we do see it, they don’t want to look at it!??!?

From them forcing the realists in to being tatood, to forced isolation, to being drowned… one wonders who the crazies really are.

I tell ya what you Chicken Littles, you leave your ocean-view, beach-front properties, sell them for pennies on the dollar to us gullible inbreds. And we’ll gladly take those properties from ya.

Give us 20 years and see who is still around (esp when property values return).

Off topic: Mr. Teach, you’ve said a few times that you grew up in Jersey (as did I). So I’m wondering:

Can you tell the difference between an Italian girl and A Jewish girl? Because I can’t. None of my relatives can either.

    • Jewish girls tend to wear polka dot bikinis, Italian girls wear dark colored bikinis. But, to truly tell, need to see them nekkid 🙂

Yeah, those are the guys who can’t tell you if it’s going to rain next Tuesday.

  4. Kevin says:

Hand to God, I still can’t tell the difference. I suspect that I’m not alone.

  5. Kevin says:

Hah! I’m too old to do that stuff anymore. Is one furrier than the other or something?

  6. Nope, pretty much the same. But, it’s always a wise idea to do more “research” 😀
