Among those in court was Francisco “Pancho” Real, the lead defendant. Prosecutors say he is the “shot-caller,” or leader, of Drew Street, operating under the authorization of the Mexican Mafia. He is accused of murder, extortion, recruiting and initiating new members into the gang and several other charges.
Some of those named in the indictment were already in custody, including Real’s mother, Maria “Chata” Leon, 44. Twice deported as an illegal immigrant, she was arrested in April and charged with felony re-entry into the United States from Mexico. The federal indictment accuses her and some of her children of drug-dealing and other crimes.
In Maryland
Miguel Montez-Flores, 36, a Mexican national residing in Silver Spring, Md., was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Alexander Williams, Jr. to seven years in prison followed by three years of supervised release for illegally re-entering the country after being deported. Montez-Flores will be deported after serving his seven year sentence in federal prison. The investigation was lead by agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) with assistance by the Montgomery County Police Department.

Well, if the illegals would all leave together, wouldn’t be a problem. Don’t blame Americans for trying to uphold our laws you break!
What I have never understood is how groups, such as this NCIC, can stand up and protest the authorities upholding the law. While I understand that they may have families, et.c here, it remains that the law has been broken. Maybe they should change their group’s name to the National Capital ILLEGAL Immigrant Coalition, because that is what they advocate when they demonstrate against enforing the law.
To put it in perspective, what if I were to get a group together that would protest the police ticketing speeders. We could hold rallies in favor of people driving 85 mph down the interstate and say the police were being bullies when they pull people over and enforce the speed limit. How dare they!

Implicit in that obtuse bigotry is the admission that these illegals have violated our laws; placed themselves in that untenable situations; show contempt & disrespect for the sovereignty of this nation; and accept no responsibility for their actions; plus demand special consideration, simply because ‘they’ had the unmitigated gall to place themselves & children in this illegal situation with predictable consequences (deportation).
Yet ‘they’ claim that this nation, it’s people, and it’s government are ‘unjust’ & ‘oppressive’ for sending their criminal @sses back to where they came from.
But, if ‘they’ don’t want their families separated, then take your kids with you!!
Also, take your la racist aztlan invasion tactics with you! End of story.
