You know, I wouldn’t be so pissed off about the Devils losing in the first round if
- it wasn’t to the fucking Rangers
- they hadn’t lost 4 games to 1
- if they could have played some D and hit the fucking net with their shots earlier
- did I mention not losing to the f’ing Rangers? Just making sure
- the Prudential Center, otherwise known as The Rock, wasn’t chock full of Rangers fans. That was a serious fucking embarrassment, getting heckled in your own building
- losing to the friggin Rags
Teams lose. That happens. It is not going to end my world, it is not going to make me depressed (besides, at least my Giants won the Super Bowl), and, unlike liberals, I will just move on and wait for next season.
But the fucking Rangers? Sheeeh!
Oh, well. At least the Devs didn’t get swept like we did to the Rags in 2006. And, I can hang my hat on all those Playoffs appearences over the past 10 years, and the 3 Cups in 4 appearences since 1995. Always look on the bright, side of life (insert whistles here)
