Senate Passes Their Version Of Surrender

Been watching C-Span 2 for a couple hours, the Senate has passed their version of Surrender In Iraq, 51-46. Had to take a shower after that (needed one anyhow, but the final tally was a good reason to get off my butt on a day off.)

Waiting for the roll call, should be up tommorrow. Allahpundit at Hot Air thinks he knows what it will look like.

Now, the Senate critters are holding for on other things, or thought they were going to do that. Senator Jim Bunning (R-Kentucky) is ripping people a new one.

And, after that, that great 5 day work week will end one day early, according to Old Yellow Stain Reid.

More: Lord Almighty, Nancy Pelosi just said that she was proud for the passage of this surrender bill for their "new direction in Iraq." Do Democrats actually understand what they say?

surrender accomplished

From what I here, the Defeatocrats will be sending their legislation to President Bush on Tuesday, the 4th anniversary of him landing on the USS Abe Lincoln, where the sailors put up a banner reading Mission Accomplished, denoting their part in Operation Iraqi Freedom, and has been spoken of with complete lies over the years by the hard left.

Most Americans do not support Bush. Most Americans want our troops brought back home. If you do realize this how can you ask our army to continue to fight for something only a minority really believes in ?
