Air Deadbeat Lives Up To Its Name

Funny stuff for a Friday the 13th (from Brietbart)

Air America Radio, a liberal talk and news radio network that features the comedian Al Franken, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, a network official told The AP.

The network had denied rumors just a month ago that it would file for bankruptcy. On Friday, Air America spokeswoman Jaime Horn told The Associated Press that the filing became necessary only recently after negotiations with a creditor from the company's early days broke down.

Bwahahahahaha! So much for liberal talk radio. It's so bad that they cannot even get liberals to listen in numbers large enough to pay the bills.

They have a ton of creditors, which probably includes all the saps who ponied up money when Air Deadbeat was begging for "contributions" and are owed the tote bags.

The Radio Equalizer has more on Sheldon Drobney's purchase plan for Air Deadbeat being shelved.

Before we all start to cha-cha a victory dance a thought…

Leftist scum aren’t dissuaded by the mere fact that no one wants to listen to their fecel spew. They are far more comfortable with mandatory progpagnda than relying on the market for access.

What I’m trying to say is that all who wish to have access to or speak to the world their own words of truth had better beware!!!

If the commiecrat scum win the Congress this fall you will see the return of the “Fairness Doctrine”, Congressional investigations and “oversight” of Fox News, and legal assaults on the free speech rights over COnservative bloggers (probably involving “hate speech” laws).

Not to mention the impeachment of Bush and a complete and total surrender to the Islamists.

  2. On the bright side, even if they control both the House and Senate, they will not have the votes to override Bush’s veto’s.

I would only worry about the fairness stuff if they control both branches of congress and the WH.
