Al Reuters is reporting:

Under pressure from former President Bill Clinton and the Democratic Party, ABC scrambled on Friday to make 11th-hour changes to a miniseries suggesting he was inattentive to the Islamic militant threat that led to the September 11 attacks.

Officials at the Walt Disney Co.-owned network said they were still tinkering with the five-hour production, titled "The Path to 9/11," which is scheduled to air without commercial interruption in two parts on Sunday and Monday.

But ABC declined to say how the movie was being reshaped or whether any changes would address specific complaints lodged by Clinton, his former aides and congressional Democrats that the film contained numerous inaccuracies and distortions.

If they changed "distortion and inaccuracies" about the Clinton White House, will they do the same for the Bush WH?

Perhaps the Democratic Party can through a good old fashioned book burning. It is almost the season for a good bonfire.

You mean like how the Democrats do this on a minute by minute basis, in what is called Bush Derangement Syndrome? You mean like how they put 2 and 2 together and get "it's Bush's fault?" You mean like this?

As recently as an Aug. 21 news conference, President Bush said people should "imagine a world in which you had Saddam Hussein" with the capacity to make weapons of mass destruction and "who had relations with Zarqawi."

Distorting reality, and purposefully misunderstanding. Bush never said Saddam was working hand in hand with Al Qaida, just that there had been contacts, and there were contacts. At one point, during the Clinton years, the CIA was worried that OBL would seek shelter in Iraq. Was that flawed? Of course, most of this distorted story seems to be based on wishful thinking, BDS, and Democratic talking points.
