Runaway Bride: one and only post

This shall be my one and only post on the "Runaway Bride." To me, she did not appologize, what with having her lawyer read a statement, rather then her doing it. My 2 gold pieces, she needs to pay the costs of the search for her off, as well as do some community service, at the least. No pirate thong for her. She deserves granny panties. Burlap ones.

An interesting poll at the WRAL website shows that 77% of the respondents think she should be charged at the time of this post. OK, they say online is not scientific. However, consider that there were over 81000 respondents at this time, and, this area of North Carolina is typically Democratic leaning.

Now, I shall never mention her again. If she gets charged, just take it as written that I will go Mwhahahahahahahahahahaha!

  1. Hey there.

I added an American Flag to my blog, may I be added to your list? I tried emailing you but it came back with errors, it’s not you, it’s me.

    Thanks.

psssst! Moe from moeswoes has a nice American flag too!

and, he does headlines that are almost as funny as mine!

and, he’s most likely not a Giants fan, being from S. Carolina, but i won’t fault him for that. you might like him even more just because of it!

just click on my link (yes, i want the traffic!), look for moeswoes on my blogroll, and the rest is up to you.

    Funny guy, deserves evolution.

Be careful what you wish for here, Teach. When you start saying that people should pay for the public services they use, get ready for a bill from the Fire Department when they come put out your fire. Or next time the state prosecutes someone who attacked you, YOU get the bill.

(jody added a google montage of the american flag on her site too…)

I agree with Ogre, gotta be very careful about charging for services used. Our taxes should cover these costs. Here in florida a municipality just passed a bill to charge you if they have to cut you out of your vehicle. And in one place if the county has to respond while you’re in the city to a fire, you’ll be charged. I think that is double billing and it’s kind of a monopoly. Hi, I’m trapped in my car, but no, you can’t cut me out. I want to get a few price quotes first?

  5. An American Wife: got ye added into the Flag League. Welcome aboard.

Moe: I added Moe. My bad, forgot to do it before, been one of those weeks.

Ogre: not really saying that people should pay for public services on a regular basis, just for this “lady” who was bullshatting the country. Though, we know what it leads to with gov’t. Especially the way NC has been going.

    sigh do montages not count?

There was some controversy about this regarding high-risk sports. Like if you’re insane enough to go heloboarding onto Mt Ranier, should you pay for somebody to come rescue your stupid ass? Yes, I think you should. That’s kind of how I feel about this. If she’s not crazy, she’s certainly got histronic personality disorders (she didn’t just run away – she claimed she was *kidnapped*). While your analogy about the fire is a good one, I think that Jennifer put herself in danger (like the heloboarding peeps) and she should bear some of the responsibility for that.
