Pedestrians of Oubei Town (瓯北镇) in the city of Wenzhou got an eyeful on Wednesday, when a large LED billboard located at the busiest intersection in town played a pornographic video for a full ten minutes.

Beginning at roughly 9pm, passersby began to notice something was amiss when they noticed the billboard, which normally sells cars, acting particularly raunchy. As the video continued its saucy spectacle, a large crowd of people (luckily no children) gathered in the intersection to watch, have a laugh, and record the evidence using their cellphones for, uhh, later research.

While we secretly hoped the stunt was akin to Andy Dufresne’s playing The Marriage of Figaro in Shawshank Redemption, it turns out the “culprit” was just a lonely office worker who didn’t realize the computer he was using for his private time was linked to the massive billboard outside.

He was subsequently charged with disturbing the peace and being a dumbass.

(Politico) A truck carrying President Obama’s podium, teleprompter and audio equipment was stolen in Richmond, Va., a local news outlet reports.

Sources tell WWBT/NBC12 that around $200,000 of presidential equipment was stolen from a Richmond Marriott hotel location in advance of Wednesday’s presidential visit to Chesterfield, Va.

Less than a mile as the crow flies from where a woman said she spotted a bear Wednesday, another woman spotted another exotic South Jersey visitor Thursday and has photographic proof.

“My friend heard this whistling all day but she ignored it,” said Michie Perez, who owns a house on Fairton Road just off of Route 49 in Millville.

“I got home to let the dogs out, and I heard the whistling too. I ignored it at first but then I whistled back. Then I heard it whistle back at me so I kept looking for what was doing it and it was in a tree,” she said. In a tall pine tree in her yard she spotted the origin of the noise, an African Grey parrot, although she did not know it at the time.

She described the noise as the classic wolf whistle that denotes appreciation of the female form.

The parrot will have to attend sensitivity classes and do 30 hours of community service.

Senate Assistant Majority Leader Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) on Thursday night blasted for-profit colleges that he said don’t always provide quality education and can leave prospective students in debt. In particular, he criticized an advertisement saying you can get an education while staying at home in bed in your pajamas.

“The ad that just really troubles me shows a lovely young woman who says you can go to college in your pajamas,” he said. “You don’t even have to get out of bed to go to college, and she’s got a computer on her bed there.”
