That’s right, there’s absolutely nothing about actually implementing any changes within their own lives to reduce their own greenhouse gas output. Shocking!

Tom also points out that the new pledge is considerably watered down and generic when compared to the Live Earth pledge. Which did not get people to walk the talk, either. Of course, that was tough in many places where it was abnormally cold, like in South Africa, where it snowed and was too cold to perform.
