72% Think Health Insurance Mandate Is Unconstitutional

I think Team Obama has finally found their new slogan “who cares about that pesky old Constitution”

(Boston Herald) Nearly two years after President Barack Obama signed his landmark health care package into law, three-quarters of registered voters believe the law’s requirement that every American carry health insurance is unconstitutional, according to a new survey.

Let’s take a look at the breakdown of the Gallup poll, shall we?

Amazing! Even 56% of Democrats think the mandate is unconstitutional. Yet, I’m betting those some Dems would mostly still support the Mandate, if asked.  If you look at Independent thought on this and the other questions in the poll, you see that they are pretty much against Obamacare and the Mandate.
