Or something. Or maybe it's just their way of copping an insanity plea. Personally, I think that as soon as we got all the info we needed out of them, they should have been shot. Be done with it. And I'm not buying that namby-pamby "we cant' do that or they'll do it to our people they captured" crap. These animals do REAL torture, then start chopping off body parts...while we feed their people fifty dollar meals a day and can't even raise our voices to them. Screw 'em. By bringing them to criminal court, Holder and Obama are conferring US citizen status on them, just like Amnesty. Because of Obama's gaffe, they may well walk because his words, as President, casts doubt on the whether or not they will get a fair trial. There is also the Miranda issue, as well as the type of warrants used, and interrogation; all of which could get this case thrown out and free these confessed murderers. Get a damn clue, John.
