Teach that is the first time that I have heard a rightwinger refer to a woman with that name. Usually it refers to males who while actively being pro-war NEVER served themselves. Of course this name became popular during the Iraq war when very few of the Bush people who were loudest in their hysterical calls for war ever actually served in uniform.
