The question "Is Obama Care Constituional" is a mute question.

We abandoned the constitution over 50 years ago. We are a socialist country. That is our elected officials are socialists and they need the free enterprise system to feed on. The American people work hard enough and are intuitive enough with technological development and efficiencies to feed our socialist system. Our forefathers never envisioned our growth through free enterprise and the social problems we now have to deal with.

The question is can the free enterprise system survive. Not likely since officials seem to think they must now enter the free enterprise system to cure the economic problems. We know that won't work. That is why we had an economic collapse. Our free enterprise system will work, always has, if we can keep the government out.

The government forcing compliance in the mortgage fiasco is example. They forced the bad mortgages

Now they are in the automobile business. The government does not buy you a car. You buy your car and now some do it with the help of taxpayers. It is not something that is going to help the poor and indigent and our seniors. Most of our seniors drive very little. It only helps a few who are well to do enough who don't need the help. It helps car manufacturers, dealers, and well to do citizens. Oh, it will help the overpaid car workers some. The unions have seen to this.

Now they are getting in the health care business. The government does not pay for health care costs. The taxpayers pay for their own health care. The majority pay their own health care as well as pay for all of the health care entitlements of government programs.

At best we should increase the entitlements for the poor, indigent, and our seniors who are struggling.

Obama economics is a failure. It does not address the problems of those who are in real need. We are only benefiting the companies ( large pharmaceutical, large health conglomerates ) in the health care reform. The public health option is only a solution for the few which we should address. But, it would cost far less if it was addressed directly.

Obama should be seeking cost effective methods and solutions for those in need. Help build community clinics. We definitely don't need any more hospitals. So that cost should go down. If the community clinics are in place, the hospital costs will go down as the emergency facilities will not be used for basic care. The health care providers ( doctors, nurses, other practitioners ) need to respond with lower costs or some donation of time for giving service to these people. The well to do and not so well do already pay them enough money. They need to give more. Also, they need to get off the kick of working 9:00 to 4:00 (the six hour day). Americans work 24 hours a day in our economy with different work shifts. We need basic 24 hour care (not emergency at the hospital) What a dumb effort. Making basic care only available 6 or maybe 8 hours a day. What do you expect.

The prescription medicine fiasco. Walmart showed us some of the prescriptions are only worth $4.00 per month. Obama should institute policy to quit supporting the pharmaceutical companies.

Make it a law that people can go anywhere in the world to buy their prescriptions {Did you know congress put a provision in the tax code to make prescription drugs non deductible as a medical expense if you purchased outside of the country.} Who do you think your congressmen are taking care of? it's not you, it is the drug company.

We should make it a law that congressment cannot accept any of the multi millions of dollars from pharmaceutical companies. Make it punishable by imprisonment for accepting and request an immediate investigation into pharmaceutical lobbying and campaign contributions and other things such as paid vacation seminars for congressman and also investigate the doctors who are accepting these vacation seminars from pharmaceutical companies.

Let's have more town hall meetings. You know what is going on. You have got to clean up government and get these people out of office who are not responding.

By all means do everything you can to prevent any laws for health care being passed at this time until we get a complete definitive view of how any new laws would helps us do better that what we are doing now.

We all know that we are doing better now than anything that has been offered up by our president and congress.

Medicare and medicaid is working now with what I would call a small deficit compared to what our president and congress is offering.

How will the American taxpayers continue to pay for burdensome new legislation. They are not trying to figure our way out of the current deficit hole we are in.

The prior administration only added to the burden with senior prescription drug coverage and provided no way to pay for the part not covered in the senior prescription insurance premium. The only answer right now is to add more taxes to pay for that and all the other deficits.

The big question right now is how are we going to pay for our current deficit. We cannot afford to sit back and let the president and congress talk about spending more money.

Our congressment liberal or conservative is not responding to the government spending, they both are only adding to the socialist agenda. They use the politics of socialist agenda to get their advantage in maintaining their seat or to acquire a seat in congress. The personal payoff in being a congressman is tremendous in the monetary favors you can get by helping wealthy constitutients maintain their wealth and acquire more wealth. It is not in serving to protect the welfare of everyone.. If you think they are then you have your blinders on.

I don't believe anyone at the town meetings has asked their congressmen how they are going to pay for the current deficit much less add a new program to it.

I see that the American Citizens have pulled their head out of the hole (I don't want no part of politics) and are standing erect instead of bent over. This is all witnesses by the current trend of citizens attending town hall meetings and asking their congressmen to respond and answer questions about what they are doing to us as they know they are not doing anything for us.

Does anyone really think Obama cares if what he does is constituional or not? How many Czars does he have, non-elected power brokers who weild more power than those who need to be approved. Obama is going to break every rule Congress allows him to, all the while steering this country into the ground. All the Dems care about is control. Control, control, control, and managing our health is just another means to his ends, and he doesn;t give a rats ass how many laws are broken along the way

Teach the government already pays for 60% of the total healthcare costs in the USA it is a bit late to start calling to socialism. The young are already paying for medicare and medicaid but the old people paid for the young people's education so it sort of all works out. One hand washes the other, both hands wash the face. Id you have a problem with paying for medicare for "the greatest generation" then just say so. And NO Obama care is not unconstitutional and Yes he is a natural born citizen
